Would recommend the roofing team, highly recommend. Not so for the siding people.

Communication about my roof work was horrible. 6 weeks with no communication only to have work cancelled and rescheduled twice with multiple excuses as to why the communications I received were inaccurate. Unacceptable. The roof team did a good job but the office needs a lot of work. I still don’t have a scheduled date for my siding and gutters and paid the deposit 2 months ago.

Very dissatisfied. The siding job was sloppy and they did not meet my expectation of quality installation. It makes me question whether the entire crew were certified installers. The crew spent over 2 hours installing a light fixture and did not know how to ask us to turn the power on due to the language barrier.

Tyler, Luke, Mason, and their crews did an amazing job!! I expected to have some repair issues that would stall completion or really increase the cost. While there was some underlying damage, the crews were prepared and never even had to leave the site for repair materials. If I remember correctly, they even finished the job earlier than expected.

The roof looks great!! We don't have any leaking, anymore!!

I did my best to research the roofing material choices and accessories we would need before Tyler arrived for our first meeting. He went through the list and made a few recommendations that gave us a better outcome and helped us to come out under what we had budgeted for. Even our doggo, Maxlike having Tyler working with us. Thanks to the whole gang for a great experience!!!

Very fast and detailed workers with the only exception being smears on the siding from what I can only guess is dropped shingles.

The salesman provided a proposal within my budget and explained the different window products available.
The project manager kept me informed of the timing for the project and explained what preparations I should make in advance of the installation.
The installers were very courteous and professional; their expertise at their jobs was evident.

We had a great experience with Ridge Top from the initial inspection and project planning through completion. They were not the lowest bid (in fact, they were the highest of the 3), but our salesman was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to bring us samples and answer questions. Gavin came to our home 5 or 6 times to show us materials and have a look around the property to address our concerns before proceeding to sign our contract. He earned our business. The project went smoothly for the most part. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed before project was completed. All were addressed a timely manner and to our satisfaction and without any questions. We had a new roof, gutters, and siding.

Communication, adherence to schedule and resolution of issues was so poor that we could never recommend with good conscience.

I would highly recommend Ridge Top. We've had them do some work for us before so when our roof was damaged by hail we knew who to call. The new roof looks great and they made the process easy for us.

My experience has been terrible. The guy guessed at the color and chose totally wrong. Then ridgetop still installed the wrong color fascia when it was clear the color didn't match.

Great customer service. The lead of the roofing crew Jacob Behl had communication and walked us through was done when the job was done.

I have never seen a crew work so hard. My roof was completely removed, several decking areas replaced, and the new roof installed in one day.

They worked within my insurance claim amount. I also had an extra service that i needed done and they accomplished it on the same day as the roof replacement. Supervisor of the crew called the rep and got an estimate to me before they finished the tear off. I agreed to the extra cost and they finished it when they finished my house roof all in the same day and by the estimated time of finishing of the project

Nick and Mike were amazing to work with. Mike made the process seamless and Nick worked efficiently to get the job completed given the tight deadline we were under. Went above and beyond our expectations!

Communication was excellent and Ridge Top followed through with the plan on schedule. I did already recommend Ridge Top to a neighbor who is contemplating the need for a new roof. I chose Ridge Top over competitors because of the more reasonable price and recommendation of a friend who praised the recent roof replacement you completed at his house.

I called in October to have a leak addressed that was soaking my floors and rotting my walls. I had cut a hole in my ceiling to point out to them where the leak was. They charged me $5000 to replace a section of my roof in October, then it was winter, and in April, first major rainfall, it's leaking in the same place. I called and they said "well you're under warranty, we'd better get that fixed." They said they'd call within 24 hours to schedule my warranty inspection, no call in 28 hours, i had to call them. They scheduled the inspection and no call no showed, I again had to call them 40 minutes after the time they said was the latest they'd show up to hear a "my bad, should have been there, uh how about tomorrow." Tomorrow gets here, they show up and actually do a water test and tell me, "oh the problem is actually something completely different, not covered under warranty, you'll have to pay us again." This exact issue IS WHAT I CALLED TO HAVE FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Your guy got here and evaluated a completely unrelated part of the roof that I'm sure also needed work, but was not even in the same area as what I called about, and now that it's leaking in the same place it was originally, you want to say it's not covered? I paid you $5000. I might as well have thrown it away. I also told them to draw up an estimate and they just left my house instead.

1. Doug Charles presentation was outstanding. 2. Communication was always top notch and timely. 3. Response to my requests for insurance coverage was pretty good. 4. Appointments were always kept and on time. 5. The work was excellent. 6. The clean up was outstanding. 7. The on-site expeditor Drake Larson was communicative and answered my questions as things progressed.

Clear communication, everything went better then expected. Even with more damage found on the roof then expected they still finished on schedule.

The work was ok, not great. Expected more considering the price tag.

I deeply appreciated the phone calls and texts to keep me apprised of developments and a few small repairs towards the end. That made all the difference! Highly recommend, and the roof seems to be doing very well.
