Very dissatisfied. The siding job was sloppy and they did not meet my expectation of quality installation. It makes me question whether the entire crew were certified installers. The crew spent over 2 hours installing a light fixture and did not know how to ask us to turn the power on due to the language barrier.

Ive used Ridge Top for a previous job and they did great, however basing it only on this job, i would not recommend. While the crew on site did a good job, the management, communication and scheduling were very frustrating. The project started over a month behind schedule, materials were dropped off and then removed from my property because they "didn't have the staff to do the job", a job that was quoted for 3 days ended up taking 8 days to complete, and a week after the job was completed, they still have material left to be picked up. The headache and lack of reliable timelines weren't worth it.

Dan Tarpey very much helped me through the insurance process. The field/project managers were great to work with. The field crews were amazing and exceeded my expectations. This was a small but extremely difficult house to deal with. Ridge Top did a great job i would recommend them without hesitation to every one

I had gutters and soffits facia done and when they put the gutter up, it’s a different color than the facia in the sofa. I told Lanse he put my point was I wanted them to match? He put swatches next to the poles that is not the color I picked now I have different color gutters than the facia and the soffit the facia. The soft soffits are the wrong color.

Tyler, Luke, Mason, and their crews did an amazing job!! I expected to have some repair issues that would stall completion or really increase the cost. While there was some underlying damage, the crews were prepared and never even had to leave the site for repair materials. If I remember correctly, they even finished the job earlier than expected.

The roof looks great!! We don't have any leaking, anymore!!

I did my best to research the roofing material choices and accessories we would need before Tyler arrived for our first meeting. He went through the list and made a few recommendations that gave us a better outcome and helped us to come out under what we had budgeted for. Even our doggo, Maxlike having Tyler working with us. Thanks to the whole gang for a great experience!!!

I received text messages and phone calls about my window installation project. The guys were very professional and worked throughout the day without any breaks. I was given a demonstration on how to manage my windows and they all said good bye with a hand shake! I am very pleased!!

Overall we were happy with the roof and gutter install, however, we were disappointed to see the gutter job was outsourced to another company.

Things were not done properly the first time on multiple items! Were passed to the next person to fix. Too many people on the site at once in my opinion. Leads/supervisor spending more time in the a/c truck then watching their crew. Crews don’t seem to care about quality.

The quality of the work was good. The communication was also good, as has been true on past projects. I provided shingles and a drip edge for the project. The subcontractor tried to leave with my extra shingles and I didn't receive a credit on my balance due for the drip edge that was included in the bid but wasn't used.

We were overall pleased with the process from initial contact to completion. Everything that deviated from the process was communicated well. Still waiting on final inspection from county.

Very fast and detailed workers with the only exception being smears on the siding from what I can only guess is dropped shingles.

Ridge Top did a very good job of communicating and keeping me in the loop. What l did really like was they sent out a manager (John) who made sure everything was going. All the people knew what they were doing so made for a good experience. Roof looks nice.

The salesman provided a proposal within my budget and explained the different window products available.
The project manager kept me informed of the timing for the project and explained what preparations I should make in advance of the installation.
The installers were very courteous and professional; their expertise at their jobs was evident.

Overall, RT did a great job. I’m not sure which project this relates to, but I would give roofing a 5, and windows and siding a 4. We had 2 damaged windows and 1 the wrong size. We’re waiting for replacements. Siding was delayed due to weather and a little messy. I’ve already made a referral to my mom for windows.

The customer service was top notch. When Mitch came out to do the estimate he was very informative and extremely thorough. We had a line item estimate before he left our house. The next few days we received follow up calls and texts to see if we had any additional questions. The day of the project the field manager was right on time and the crew arrived shortly after and got started after prepping the area. The crew did a great job prepping the area to protect our house and shrubs. Overall, our roof looks beautiful and the crew did such a fantastic job cleaning up that you couldn’t even tell they were there all day!

Five-star experience! Ridge Top Exteriors made the entire siding replacement process easy and stress-free. Dan, Lucio, and crew were efficient, respectful, and did outstanding work. The finished product has completely transformed the appearance of my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new vinyl siding.

We had a great experience with Ridge Top from the initial inspection and project planning through completion. They were not the lowest bid (in fact, they were the highest of the 3), but our salesman was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to bring us samples and answer questions. Gavin came to our home 5 or 6 times to show us materials and have a look around the property to address our concerns before proceeding to sign our contract. He earned our business. The project went smoothly for the most part. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed before project was completed. All were addressed a timely manner and to our satisfaction and without any questions. We had a new roof, gutters, and siding.
