Communication was excellent and Ridge Top followed through with the plan on schedule. I did already recommend Ridge Top to a neighbor who is contemplating the need for a new roof. I chose Ridge Top over competitors because of the more reasonable price and recommendation of a friend who praised the recent roof replacement you completed at his house.
Better planning with regard to having supplies on site when need and removiing the dumpsters in a timely manner. Do the job right the first time a garage vent took three times to get it right. Do what you say you are going to do. Still waiting on a window.

I called in October to have a leak addressed that was soaking my floors and rotting my walls. I had cut a hole in my ceiling to point out to them where the leak was. They charged me $5000 to replace a section of my roof in October, then it was winter, and in April, first major rainfall, it's leaking in the same place. I called and they said "well you're under warranty, we'd better get that fixed." They said they'd call within 24 hours to schedule my warranty inspection, no call in 28 hours, i had to call them. They scheduled the inspection and no call no showed, I again had to call them 40 minutes after the time they said was the latest they'd show up to hear a "my bad, should have been there, uh how about tomorrow." Tomorrow gets here, they show up and actually do a water test and tell me, "oh the problem is actually something completely different, not covered under warranty, you'll have to pay us again." This exact issue IS WHAT I CALLED TO HAVE FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Your guy got here and evaluated a completely unrelated part of the roof that I'm sure also needed work, but was not even in the same area as what I called about, and now that it's leaking in the same place it was originally, you want to say it's not covered? I paid you $5000. I might as well have thrown it away. I also told them to draw up an estimate and they just left my house instead.

I signed a contract to have my roof replaced at the end of October. It was scheduled to be replaced November 22nd but the job was canceled because the job from the day before had not been completed in time. That was the last nice day of the year so I had to wait until late March for my roof - that had leaks in three parts of my home - to finally be replaced.
Communication was lacking. I was not told that the temperature had to be above 50 degrees in order for part of my roof to be replaced. And when I responded to text messages from the company, there was no reply. The only reason why this changed is because I called to bring up my concerns about this so then I was on the company’s radar.
I was told that my roofing job was canceled on 11/22 because the company overbooked jobs and didn’t have enough crew. I understand that things like this happen - but then be TRANSPARENT about it.
The most impressive feature of this firm is their customer service, they do go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied.
Every aspect of the install, your crew were very professional.
So far everything. Is going quickly, smoothly and the constant communication has made this whole experience simple.
