We had a great experience with Ridge Top Exteriors for our siding project from start to finish. Paul did our initial estimate and was very thorough. He helped us with color selection and walked us through everything without being pushy when we said we wanted to get a couple of quotes. We even received a follow-up email the next day thanking us, which was a nice touch.

Once we decided to move forward, Drew was our project manager and he was excellent. His crew worked extremely hard and paid close attention to detail. Drew was always available to answer questions and was very accommodating when my husband decided to make a few changes during the project.

The communication, workmanship, and overall experience were top notch. Our new siding looks amazing, and we would absolutely recommend Ridge Top Exteriors to anyone looking for siding work done.

Dan and team were phenomenal. Dan really took time with my wife and I to ensure all our questions were answered and also thought outside the box to find the best solutions for our project. He is an excellent listener and really took all of our questions seriously and ensured they were all addressed. He was available throughout the project and was there at all crucial points to ensure things were staying on track and we were happy. His team does phenomenal work. This was a super high quality job with high quality workmanship, and materials. Thank you team! We are so satisfied!

Overall they seemed to provide what they said they would, and my roof doesn't leak anymore, so I guess they did a good job. :)

Ridge Top definitely knows how to do their jobs. They are efficient and very willing to listen to the client. Always willing to answer questions as they arise. I am glad we chose them and would do so again.

Although we had issues with communication to complete our job to satisfaction, we would recommend Ridgetop to others. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

Quality products & workmanship; good attention to detail; flexibility with scheduling

The Sales rep was great, project manager was great, but the quality of workmanship could be better. It’s seemed like they work fast, instead of working to make sure everything is working properly.

The first day on the job (6/23/2025) they did our roof. The field manager had my husband sign off on a "walkthrough" document and collected "balance due" without ever doing an actual walkthrough with him and before the project was even complete. He ended up leaving before the crew finished for the day and we never heard a word from him again.
The following day they came to do the gutters. We did not hear a word from the field manager that day and they ended up missing half of the project altogether. There were supposed to be gutter guards and a splash guard, however they were not installed and some of the workmanship was really poor.
Upon contacting my Sales Rep., he was very professional and apologetic. He reached out to have them complete the project, directly asked our field manager to reach back out to us to actually do a walkthrough and send us photos and videos of the project. However, we still have not heard a word from our field manager nor received our photos or videos.
I also asked that they DO NOT deposit our check until the work was actually complete, but they did anyway.
The project was completed on 7/28/2025 and I was not contacted even once that day - we had no idea when (or even if) they were going to arrive that day. When I got home that day, surprise! It was done. To this date we’ve received zero follow-up after the fact.

Overall not a good experience. We had multiple project delays, unprofessional subcontractors, holes left in the side of the house for weeks while they were figuring out their stuff. I expected better for the project cost so will not be using them again for any additional jobs.

The overall experience with Ridge Top has guaranteed that we won’t reach out again for any future projects.
