The whole experience of having my windows replaced was an absolute pleasure. Everyone involved in this project were very courteous and professional. They did a wonderful job of taking out the old windows to installing the new windows, there was no mess and they were done in a timely manner

there were way too many delays, and it took an extra 3-1/2 months to complete the cabinets. also, the installers did a great job, but left a mess for us to clean, except the last day, when their supervisor was also here.

The doors are wonderful. I am happy with them. I have an issue with the lack of follow through. They didn’t remove the old sliding glass doors or the old door framing. It takes two hands for me to lock the doors. There was a language issue also. I only speak and they didn’t.

From the time they started to the time they finished they were professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with my windows and doors. I have recommended them to several friends.

They were very friendly and explained in detail what they were going to do and walked us thru the whole process.
