We are now a week out from installation and still have not completed job with towel rack on door

Very happy with product, but of course any recommendation would be framed against the cost, which is significant.

Renuity was not a pushy sales pitch. Their products are much better quality than Jacuzzi.

Matthew the sales representative was knowledgeable, listened to our questions, and presented the information clearly to us. Nick and Lorenzo were excellent installers, always careful in our house. They are hard workers and we believe they did a terrific job.

Everything went as promised. If I could change one thing it would be the cost, but we ended up with a nice shower and a great experience getting it done.

First off, the salesman Chad was pleasant and didn’t pressure me at all into deciding on Renuity. His knowledge of your product and his low pressure sales tactic is what sold me! I really like the style and quality of the product I chose and the sliding “barn door” glass was just the look I wanted. Jacob and Dave did an outstanding job of installation. They made a great team, worked hard and were so pleasant to work with as well.

Could have explained about Hibrid Water Heaters, had you explained about their draw backs and inability to fully fill the tub with hot water even with an 80 gallon tank. I would have gone with a standard electric water heater. Am very disappointed with the water heater you chose for me.

Installation was a literal nightmare! Crew tried to caulk a gap so that the shower door would be plumb instead of making the WALL plumb. Then they tore the heck out of our newly installed crawlspace insulation and belly wrap getting to the p trap and just left it that way! Lastly they removed drywall from the exterior wall and failed to replace it before covering it up! They were out 2 times to rectify because the first call back they did nothing and called it a day.
Our son had to drag them down under the house and show them what needed to be done to cover the plumbing that was exposed to (possible freezing temps and burst pipes) Luckily our son also checked the wall with a camera and saw that they still did not replace the insulation. A violation of code!! What the heck! It’s just unacceptable! Manager Jason was hardly into getting anything done . Our son was the one that had to show them how to do their job. I wonder if you even think about the elderly people that can’t go under the house to check this stuff. Then to lie and tell us they put insulation in that wall when they did nothing. It’s **** poor service!

Their work was professionally done and the worker (Jerry) was exceptionally superb.

I am impressed with the quality of materials and the workmanship of the installers. They confirmed with me when questions arose that I would be happy at the installation. Also impressed with the warranty of of the installation.

Everything went as we were told it would. Day one the crew came and did the demo, the plumber came and did everything he needed to do and the crew set the shower pan on mortar before leaving for the day. Day two the crew did the install of alll new components. they did a beautiful Quality job.

We were told there would be no caulking show and there is. Also told the floor would not be slippery and it was. They came back after we complained and put a coating on that will need replaced.

As promised job complete in 2days although that wasn’t important to me. I had a somewhat difficult plumbing upgrade which took extra time at no additional cost. Alberto and his coworker were professional and friendly. Very capable at what they do.

The professionalism of the crew was top-notch from start to finish.

I have requested a new link several times to set up monthly payments as we went for the 12 month no interest financing plan. I still have not received a new link to do so.

Most of the work was done very well but better planning could have prevented the problem with the shower door size.

Your folks did a great job! I just don't recommend businesses very often.

The shower leaked the first time I used it and flooded my downstairs

The lead installer Anthony was great with his assistant Vince. They were hardworking, listened, clean and did a quality job all around.

Salesman Carmeron and I IMMEDIATELY hit it off!! I found after talking with him, we had a LOT in common....Smokin' BIG cigars, drinkin' cold beer, and talking about sports and politics,etc....He's a GOOD MAN....

There was lack of sales knowledge when it came to what was actually doable by the installer. It is overall very expensive so I couldn’t necessarily recommend to most close friends and family.

Anthony and Fernando were excellent, cleaned the worksite and did exactly what we ask for with care and professionalism.

I’m pleased with the quality & results of my project. It was completed in 3 construction days.
