I want to love the shower but it’s just ok. It didn’t fit 100% into the space nicely so there was a gap in the front which they covered with an ugly white strip.

Everyone was very knowledgeable of the product and when we spoke on the phone they were very respectful. When they had to reschedule due to unforeseen issues, they were apologetic and rescheduled right away. I always made sure they knew we were okay with the reschedule.

My house is still unrepaired after 7 days after it was damaged to get the tub in.
Folks don’t respond to messages.
I was told a part of the tub that is crooked was put that way on purpose to help drain the water. I’m not too sure about that.

Installation was much faster than expected. When the lead of the original 2 man crew fell ill, Reunity was able to schedule another pair to continue the job on schedule. Both pairs were professional, courteous, skilled and helpful in placing accessories in the shower for best convenience. Renuity has been very responsive answering any questions I have raised.

The work was one time and very clean. Alex kept me informed every step of the way showing me the progress at every step. They were very respectful of me , me, my home and my pets.

We are very happy with our new shower. The old pan was set set into the tile floor straight, leaving a crooked gap. Vega and Steve worked to find a trim piece that would fill the gap and be close enough in color. I had expected they would stock a variety of finish pieces for situations such as this. No biscuit colored moulding. We appreciate the effort made to find an acceptable solution

The work quality can vary greatly between work staff. Some do great quality work, others don't seem to care and slap it together.

Every phase of the project was as described in advance, no surprises. The procedures, materials, and estimated installation time were well explained.

The initial install had some communication problems between the installers, their notes, and the supply coordinator which lead to the incorrect shower parts loaded onto the installer truck. After we brought this to their attention they immediately jumped on the issue to correct. The new installers were very positive and very efficient and kept us updated with their process. Thank you for making everything right!

Price was extremely high. $1,790 a sqft and site was already demo'd. Ready for install.
