The shower installation was quick and on schedule. The installers were pleasant.

Just the most professional and courteous experience I have experienced, and I was a trained professional sales person for most of my working life.

At the time of contract your representative did not write in detail and I asked him to write in detail and he said this our business secrete. I assumed everything but when they come to work they just put three walls, bottom and shower heads. No place to put shampoo and conditioner, no hand bar and no sliding doors. When I complained then they said it was not included in the contract and I have paid over $170000 I also showed the promised deal $13250 including everything things. I was ready to pay extra because the shower Head and glass Door.

The name Kohler, the quality associated with it...enough said.

The removal of the walk-in tub and installation of new shower was on schedule and done with great care for our home. The installers were very personable and explained what they were doing throughout the project. Well done!

The entire experience overall was superb. From the salesman to the finishing contactor, we were exceedingly happy. We have another installation in another bathroom and are very excited. A-plus service start to finish. (Can you tell how happy I am?)

The job is not complete yet so I can't give a fair rating at the moment. The original design proposed by the salesperson was not possible. Someone was supposed to come out and verify the design, no one did. The installer came out and determined the design was not possible. My only option was a neo angle or custom doors, I did not want a neo angle because that was what we originally had. Therefore, custom doors was my only option. Renuity offered to pay for the upgrade which is wonderful. When the custom door person came out, he pointed out that the shower base was installed improperly with a slight angle toward the floor, meaning water from the shower will run on to the floor. Apparently, there is a fix to this, but it cannot be verified until the installation can be completed. This total project will not be complete for at least another 2 weeks, subsequently we will have been without this shower for a month,

I'll recommend it to them only if they can afford it

Work was done in a professional and timely manner with care taken in entering and work space.

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and helpful, from the initial salesman contact to the follow up phone calls, making sure I was happy with the experience. My bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and functions perfectly. Installation took one day, which was so convenient.

Poor resolution of what the consumer feels is a major problem!

The installation team did well with the information they had. I resent the fact that the cracked tub deck was caulked to cover it up. Dusting on top of the tub deck showed the crack and the roughness of the repair job.

Very expensive, however the quality of the product and installation made it worth while.

This is our second walk in shower we have had installed and we couldn’t be happier!

In fact I have recommended you recently but it is pricey and most people I know don’t have 30k lying around for a bathroom update. But I’m not giving up.

I have initiated 4 conversations with your office and not one call or email in response since June 30th. We are at an age where many of our friends and family are looking to remodel bathrooms which are age in friendly. At this point with the service and issues we experienced it would be difficult for us to recommend Renuity.
