We were very pleased with every aspect of the project. The representative from Renuity was very knowledgeable and thorough in presenting our options and explaining the process. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and friendly. They left everything clean and ready to use in exactly two working days, as promised.

We are very happy with the jobs done and the quality of the work of all the contractors ( installer, sales, plumber, drywaleers, and texture reps) They did fine work and were all very friendly. The only reason it’s an 8 rather than 10 is that communication between visits to our home from the schedulers or main office was not good.

On time, friendly and professional. They cleaned up the work area when completed and did excellent quality work.

Scheduling was a big problem waiting five hours to turn the water back on. The plumber was sent to another job before coming to mine. Very frustrating

We are now a week out from installation and still have not completed job with towel rack on door

Renuity was not a pushy sales pitch. Their products are much better quality than Jacuzzi.

Everyone at Renuity was very helpful for my project.

Everything went as promised. If I could change one thing it would be the cost, but we ended up with a nice shower and a great experience getting it done.

First off, the salesman Chad was pleasant and didn’t pressure me at all into deciding on Renuity. His knowledge of your product and his low pressure sales tactic is what sold me! I really like the style and quality of the product I chose and the sliding “barn door” glass was just the look I wanted. Jacob and Dave did an outstanding job of installation. They made a great team, worked hard and were so pleasant to work with as well.
