Price was extremely high. $1,790 a sqft and site was already demo'd. Ready for install.

Installation process was fast and smooth. James was professional, arrived on time and communicated clearly. He delivered excellent craftsmanship , his workmanship shows clean lines and quality finish.

Workers were great, workmanship superb, very cooperative with us and tolerant of very enthusiastic canines!

Products and installation are good, timing and scheduling is very bad. From the very beginning, few were promised a quick and timely installation, by the sales person, but once the deal was sealed, the installers and suppliers extended the installation at least a month and more like 6-weeks from the time frame discussed with the salesman. Then the installers were not scheduled for a long enough time to do the work. It eventually took 5-days to install, when the scheduler told us two days plus a bit. Because of other issues in the office, the project sat half-done for 3-days with no work occurring, while staff was working on other projects.

Cost was higher than expected

I really like the shower wall siding, the wide variety of choices & the use of Kohler plumbing products..!!

From beginning to end with sale person Wes to scheduling with Heidi who was so pleasant and just great to schedule with and during the removal of tub with Kris Reed to the plumbing with Joe and then to have Kris install and finish the bathroom to its original condition except for the new walk-in tub was absolutely amazing.
Joe’s plumbing was so professionally done and I cannot express the help Kris was with keeping the stress of it all down!

After ordering, I was kept up to date on the possible install date...and she was right on!...Sales (Wes) was informative and I didnt feel a "hard sell". Enrique was awesome, as noted below...I have already shared my experience with 2 of my neighbors. Thank you!

The install was done promptly in 2 days, but they broke loose a tile on the end wall, and when they sent another worker out to change out the shower door, then was the wrong one, he didn't fix the loose tile. then I told the manager that I could fix it myself, for $250.00, he never sent me the refund!

It is too expensive. It solved two problems but created two new problems for me.

The job was done in 2+ days, the finished result is beautiful, they cleaned up everything. Anthony and his crew explained everything they were doing, asked questions about how I wanted things and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I don’t know how we could have had a better experience. From the initial meeting to the crew that did the outstanding job for us that turned out positively beautiful!

The shower stall met or exceeded our expectations.

My only complaint is how long it took to complete. No where near the quoted time.
