Quality of the product

The expectations that were set during sales was not what was delivered upon. No matter how good the end product is, this was so disappointiong that I would not chose Reunity again nor would I recommend to anyone.

We are happy with the finished result and feel we received a high quality product. This was as it should have been because we feel we also paid a premium price for the work that was accomplished.
We were also mostly pleased with the install team as the work occurred, specifically Jerry. A very nice man and a skilled craftsman.
We were disappointed and had not expected the mess and especially the dust from cutting the ceramic tiles that resulted from the installation. It took a lot of dusting and vacuuming for us to get the house back to normal. It’s since been suggested to me that the bathroom could have been sealed with a plastic sheet to contain the dust, but that didn’t occur. Even though the bathroom door was closed when the actual tile sawing occurred, the door was then mostly open and the dust spread everywhere. After the workers left, I also discovered that the bathroom fan was completely clogged with dust and sheetrock debris. I at least should have been told about this, but was not. I also discovered 4 or 5 “dings” in the bathroom walls and one in our entryway that I had to spackle and paint. The jacuzzi tub near the new shower also sustained a scratch at some point. Again, no mention of any of this by Jerry or his assistant. I assume they had to have been aware as these things occurred.

Everything was done the way I was told it would. Done in 2 days time. Installers were very professional and asked for how I wanted things set up. I love the new look and feel.

Very pleased with the new plumbing, shower fixtures, and with a new shower stall installed plus glass door. Like the textured flooring of the shower flooring too!

This company already did 2 shower remodeling in my house. Both times outstanding quility work and service.

I want to love the shower but it’s just ok. It didn’t fit 100% into the space nicely so there was a gap in the front which they covered with an ugly white strip.

Everyone was very knowledgeable of the product and when we spoke on the phone they were very respectful. When they had to reschedule due to unforeseen issues, they were apologetic and rescheduled right away. I always made sure they knew we were okay with the reschedule.

All was great
