This is our second Kohler remodel this summer. Both were amazing. Matt and his team were excellent they showed great care of my home. Did beautiful work on the shower and kept us informed every step of the way.

Our experience with the company was good and stress free. The crew lead by Greg were great to work with.

This was such a great process they came in and redid both bathrooms and they did a fabulous jib in just 4 days both bathrooms were done from stsrt to finish!!

Installers knew what they were doing and were very helpful and informative during the process

My condo is an older unit. When the installers ran into a problem, they could troubleshoot the setback with the manager. That was impressive to me, as well as the range of skills they had. Alfonso, Kevin and Ty. Can’t say enough good things about them. The final result was just what I wanted— safe, beautiful and will add value. Highly recommend.

Tony was exceptionally accomplished: he answered my questions thoroughly and pleasantly, did an outstanding job on thee, despite a medical issue that occurred during the 2 day period. I appreciated Justin’s work as wel, but i interacted much less frequently with him.

The workers were punctual, respectful, and efficient. They were here over 5 days and 3 new showers. Each day they left their work area even cleaner than when they arrived.

The leak that was the fault of Renuity caused my natural gas bill to go up by about $75 that month. Stuff happens, but the inconvenience that fixing the damage and the leak caused was more than I would have liked.

They were polite, informative and didn’t all my questions!

The crew did an amazing job preparing the house for traffic and dust control. Very professional and courteous. They removed an old plastic tub and installed a walk in shower. Love the Kohler shower walls. Beautiful shower.

Our spot free shower door got spots immediately after the first shower. We reached out twice and were told that a production team member would contact us. Nothing yet. No apologies…nothing. I would expect better service for $22,000. I feel like they got the money and now dont care.

They were friendly fast and efficient, There was some damager when the old tub was removed but the office call me the next day to set up a drywall person to come fix it.

Your rep Ms Smith did a good job in presenting options as part of the presentation.

Renuity was very easy to work with and put up with all of my old man issues.

I talked with 2 salesmen who were courteous, listened to my needs and make this project as inexpensive as possible. Matt, in particular, gave me suggestions for financing which were very helpful.
