From the sales person coming to my home to the installers it was great. Carrie made sure I understood what this product meant, from easy maintenance to lifetime warranty. And the installers made sure I knew the steps they were taking to make sure the installation was top notch.

From Barry Knight to Steve/RC to the install stars of Travis/Kevin/Levi, to manager Jay following up with us by phone and giving us a squeegee, everything happened as we were told it would and in fact, stayed ahead of schedule. The quality of the shower pan, the glass, the luxstone and the fixtures are all awesome...and the install was top notch done by professionals, right down to the beading of the caulk was perfectly executed. Having their own highly skilled plumber was also a bonus, it was just super impressive. Getting this massive job done in just 2 days with very little to no mess afterwards is incredible! You have this job dialed in! They even washed the bathroom window screen for us post-job, the glass was cleaned, floors vacuumed and really cleaned up the job site well. 10 out of 10 stars, and while it's a lot of money and a bit of a sticker shock-especially in this current economy-we know the prices are not going to go down, so we are very glad after all of our research, that we decided to invest in our house value and go w/ Reunity/Kohler.
