The salesman who came to the house was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting materials for our shower. He was aware of our budget and didn’t try to sell us thing we didn’t need.

Final product was okay. Installers did not seem to care about quality of installation.

There is a lack of communication between the office individuals and the salesperson. Too many cooks in the kitchen.
also, this is our 2nd installation of a new shower and the work crew were a bid messy.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their shower or bathtub. Everyone from sales to install and in between were a pleasure to work with. Cesar V. & James W. kept everything clean during the install. They were friendly and professional. I was impressed with how they cleaned up everything after the job was complete. You couldn’t tell they had even been there except for how beautiful my new shower is. I’m very happy with my decision to use this company and you will be to.

The installation team were top notch on politeness, kindness and keeping things clean. But when they left, upon careful examination of 'just looking at the enclosure', it was obvious to me that it's crooked. Not square, left side is higher than the right side. We have the 'white brick pattern'. It WAS PROVEN the following day when the firm Renuity hired to install our glass came in to measure....they used a green laser beam device made by Milwaukee and said: the left side is one quarter inch higher that the right side. That's why in the five foot wide shower I will see for the rest of my life the pattern is going downhill! Oh yeah, I paid over 22 grand for this.

The finished product is all that I expected it to be. Definitely an improvement over the old tub. Now a fresh modern look. In addition to addressing our safety concerns.

I am thrilled with the shower. It is beautiful with impeccable workmanship. However it took3 full days to complete, as only one workman was present.
Also, I was not told by the sales staff that my glass doors were custom and would take additional time to install. This was disappointing and I feel dishonest. That is why I would not be able to recommend your company without reservation.

Not a great experience

The bath tub has wonderful features.

They didn't put up the plastic between my bedroom and bathroom. There was dust all.over everything. They also left a hole in my tile floor. I have to replace 3 tiles.

2 day install promised but li took 2 weeks further istallatiom.

1) Never got what was in contract teak seat polished silver hardware. 2) Awaken 2 in 1 multifunction Polish silver finish does not work right it's in a non functional state. 3) inconvenience check of 250.00 was promised by Ismael Flores never received.

Everything was smooth like butter!

The only reason why I did not give a 10 in this category was because construction/install was delayed a week and really pushed us up to the wire for when we were planning to go out of town. Fortunately, all was finished and in place the day before we left.

We purchased out shower remodel in January and were told it would be about 4-6 weeks. Then after 8 weeks of not hearing anything we called and were told that there had been a change in staffing and it would be done right away. It was then another month and a half before they began the install and we are still not finished. They are supposed to come and put in the glass next week - five months after we agreed to do the job.

If you’re looking for a conversion to a walk-in shower, this is a good vendor. I still think these conversions are a bit pricey.

Professionalism, responsiveness, quality of work.

After having to threaten to cancel because of the seat not added to the finance, we f got the seat. We received inferior material for the shelves, to make up for your loss of the cost of the seat. If one of slip we will cut ourselves. Plus the shelf is was suppose to be a niche and not a protruding shelf.
