The cleanup was bad. It was a mess all on our front yard on the side yard and also the landscape rocks all have white concrete residue left over from their clean out. We asked for the window sill to be sloped for proper water drainage and they and they confirmed they would do it, but then they did not do it at the back of the window and and water pools on the back of the windowsill.

Follow through on what you tell customers. Don’t make promises that you don’t keep like the sales woman saying she was going to gift us a cleaner for the tub and the installer person saying they scheduled a follow up visit and no one came.

Kohler is a reputable company; Pacific Bath/Renuity workmanship is great; and the installers were prepared and timely.

The attention to detail during the finishing clean up was not to the standard Iwould have thought from a company that sells a superior product like Koehler. I am still finding dust. I repaired the corner of the tub where a blob of caulking was just left. I also painted the wall in that corner.

The team was timely, thorough, and cleaned up well. One point off for a broken toilet seat cover they did not tell me about. But they delivered a new one as soon as I reported it.
