This was my third bathroom renovation by Renuity over the last 10 years. All of my bathrooms are beautiful and receive many compliments. The staff have been professional and very accommodating. I have enjoyed the whole process and I am now enjoying my bathrooms.

When MaxHome did our master bath they did from ceiling to floor which is why we called them to do our guest bathroom, however, you no longer do the ceiling, bath vent, sheetrock repair or crown molding. The sheetrock behind our vanity was in very bad condition and ya'll wanted to put the new vanity over it which was unacceptable to us so we had to hire a sheetrock contractor to fix it before you installed the new vanity and we still have to hire an electrician to install the bath vent and new light fixture and a contractor to install the crown molding.

I know there’s other companies out there, but this one is backed by Home Depot, which that is definitely a company I trust.

I love my new bathroom and have shown it to many friends and family, who all agree that the transition is amazing. But they all comment on the cost being prohibitive for them. I have told them how quickly the company has responded regarding the warranty. My personal experience with issues with a previous job several years ago, I found the company to be true to their lifetime warranty. So personally I know that the cost is significant but the company does do quality work and when there’s an issue they address it quickly and professionally, no matter how long ago the work was originally done.

The quality of materials and excellent workmanship is why I would recommend.

The representative was fully engaged in explaining the process of the installation from start to finish.

Their professionalism, speed (completed and out the door in 4 hrs with a 41-year-old tub) and cleaning the job site.

Follow the instructions that were given on the paperwork and don’t deviate from it. And also make you sure you caulk the whole entire shower.

I had a walk-in shower installed on Nov 10, 2025 by John Starr and I couldn't possibly be happier! This man is like the Paul Bunyan of installations....nothing he cannot do. He tore out my tub and all the ancient tile surrounding it, gutting it down to the studs. He also paused his work to give my husband time to spray the open area with termite and bug killer. John is meticulous with little details, which is so important in any job. He arrived on time, cleaned up the work area as he went along, and it took only one day for him to create the most amazing transformation in this 50yr old bathroom! A world of thanks to you, John!

I need to mention here that this is the second bathroom I had done by MaxHome and John. The walk-in tub he installed looks terrific, even 6 yrs later, and made my husband super happy...me, too, but is mainly his bath. John's expertise is the reason I chose MaxHome to do my new shower.... as long as I could have John do it. He's very much in demand so my job was 6 weeks out. Indeed, he's so good that I had a chance to get it done 5 weeks ago but when I heard it wasn't with John, I said Nope, I'll will wait for him. And he's about the nicest fella you'll ever meet!
