It was a little bit of a rough start and we thought about canceling the contract, but it worked out in the end.

It only took 1 day both the works were very professional

They were a team; professional and courteous. They left my home spotless after a thorough explanation of how to use the new tub. They were great!

A very quality job.

Unclear pricing- I wanted the breakdown, nope. I wanted to feel like I got a deal, I didn’t. I had to read the country regulations to see I needed a permit- at the percent I paid you should have included permitting when the drain relocation moved from decorating to touching the slab. They broke part of the pan and it didn’t get replaced, I got the run around. I kept pushing until I got in writing that the install was to your standards and my warranty is in fact intact

The walk in shower turned out just like Susan explained to us.. Installers were great guys and worked so well together.
Job was done in 2 days as promised....

After the installation on June 5, I was advised on June 8 the completion paperwork would be submitted and I would be contacted by someone to have the shower floor sealed for a non-slip surface. I called the office on Weds June 10 and spoke with Nicole ( very nice and helpful) in regards to this matter. She said she would pass this information to Manager Chris ( unk last name) I never received a call back from Chris on Weds and of Thursday 12:10 pm I’ve not received a call back. It should be noted I called and left a voicemail for the Sales Person Josh on Friday or Saturday last week in regards to this matter and he never responded back to me. The customer service needlessly says is very poor. I am paying a lot of money for this service.

I asked the Salesperson about the plumber using the PEX piping as opposed to the copper, he said, he was going to find out why the plumber used the PEX, but I didn't hear any response. My concern was the usage of PEX since copper is much more durable and with the premium price Reunity/ Kohler charges I thought plumber will be using copper.

Very responsive to inquiries, answered questions completely, did great work in timely manner, very respectful of house and kept things clean

The person was very nice and very informative.

Many things were disappointing from the start to finish. First i was told the team would arrive between 7 and 8, then they came at 9:45am and i was later told they never start before 9, so not sure why I was told 7 to 8. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard to renovate the area. However once the work was completed it was a mess. Stains were left on pieces of furniture, items were installed crooked, and not sealed properly to allow water to enter in the shower. The entire house was left dirty and dusty as the area was not sealed off or contained .

It was done in 2 days like predicted.

Very expensive. The quality is excellent. Why does it cost $ 600 for a change order?

Everyone involved in this project, including companies sub-contracted for work, was very professional, friendly, on time, and did great work. The one problem we noticed was that the sales rep and other Renuity managers did not seem to communicate well with each other, or with the sub-contracted workers. Overall, we are very happy with our new Renuity by Kohler custom shower.

Excellent service! Love the products and installation! Salesperson Cale was great at explaining all aspects of the process. The main office was very communicative in handling the scheduling. Installation crew was very careful and did a great job. I love my new Kohler shower!
