Great experience from the quote process to installation. Installers were friendly and professional, and fast - Rite Window estimated two days to install a bay window and three other windows, and they were done in one.

Problems with final installation. Have called numerous times and had 2 people come to see the
Problems, take pictures and leave. No return phone call from Sam, the impatient person I have been dealing with. The floor of shower is uneven with water pooling on left side around your feet and the drain has sticky compound around drain pipe exposed and causing a greasy sticky mess on the screen covering the drain. Sam told me to go to Home depot and buy a different cover to remedy the problem. I just paid a lot of money for THEM to install the "perfect " walk in shower so why do I have to go and fix it °°

At every step of the process I was being informed on a timely basis. All the products installed are beautiful. Workmanship was beautiful too.

I specifically mentioned I wanted a wider shower base. I was assured it would possible. On day of install it was not as wide as I wanted. I was told that 32 in was the widest it could be. I was not happy and there was no attempt to compensate me to make me satisfied.couple hundred off would have satisfied me. Felt i was deceived.

Very positive interactions with reps and installers. Team was very responsive to questions and requests.

Rite Window followed up as promised and resolved the issues

Placement of LuxStone wall covering not done as planned. It was planned to top of window trim, but was installed to the ceiling. Plans and instructions NOT followed. More importantly, RiteWindow did not address the problem. They turned their backs and ran from the problem.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the work. Our window blind was broken, our walls and ceiling are dinged up. One of the shower doors handle is loose. The silicone beading at the base does not adhere to the door. The bathroom floor was left very dusty and with debris. In the basement there was a pile of rubble that was left.

We are very pleased with the Kohler shower system sold to us and installed by Rite Window (and Bath)!

The end product is beautiful and high-quality.

Installation dates had to be changed given inspection dates. Maybe have a 2 date interval given this?

The installation was very efficient and the crew worked neatly and communicated with me on placement of grab bars.

Took over a week for the install-supposed to take no more than 2 days. Didn’t know schedule of town inspector, so inspection couldn’t be done for 7 days so they couldn’t finish the job. Wrong doors were installed. Waiting for that to be resolved
