Two doors installed in October. Issues with both doors. After several return visits job was finally finished late June...9 months later. Handle and lock still don't match exactly.

the two men that came here to do the work were very polite and weren't on their phones a lot of the time and no music like some contractors are they worked hard and finished demo and insulation in one day. they also cleaned up after they were done which was great. I have already recommended your company to a friend so when he is ready he just may call you.

Excellent product and service

Joe and his partner were very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job putting our window in and did it so quickly and so efficiently. They were very friendly and kind. We will definitely have Joe and his team replace other windows in our home no doubt! Thanks guys!

Professional, open communication , wonderful.product

Sales person was very professional and the quality of materials was excellent.
But the installation team was disorganized, slow, sloppy and unprofessional.
They walked around my yard on their phones and leaned unprotected shower walls against my neighbor’s house.
They lost their tools when their van was towed away and came nowhere near finishing in one day.The second day they were here until 9 pm to finish.
The shower was not measured correctly and was narrower than I ordered.
The caulking was a mess and the ceiling was scraped.They put the screws for the corner basket through the wall of the adjacent bathroom and damaged that shower’s wall.
Their supervisor fixed the caulking and your tile guy fixed the other bathroom wall.
The size could not be fixed.
I paid a painter to fix the ceiling.

My windows were in really bad shape and the workers did a good job in installing my windows on my back porch.

If a part had to be replaced, like the door on a shower, have a more realistic sense of replacement time. It took 3 weeks and some calls to get the project finished.

There were a few miscommunications along the way that made things more stressful than they needed to be. The installers were scheduled for 8-10am arrival and I asked if they could come closer to 10 so my tenant would have time to shower and get to work before they arrived. I was told that time factored in them going to pick up the materials and such, so they likely wouldn't arrive before 9am, which would have been fine. But they showed up at 7:20am. Then as they were building the new shower, they asked if I wanted the walls to stop just above the pipes or go all the way to the ceiling, so I said just above the pipes because I have a blue border I wanted to keep to break up all that white, but they went up to the ceiling anyway. I was also unaware that the tub was going to be acrylic rather than luxstone like the rest of the shower. Had I known that, I probably would have saved myself the extra $5000 charge and just gone with a full acrylic shower so the materials at least matched. And finally, I asked to keep the old shower head but they put on a new rainfall type one I hadn't ordered, and now we can't get it off to put the old one back on. Aside from those miscommunications, the installers were very kind, diligent, and professional.

Everyone from the initial sales person through to the final construction crew and the representative I worked with were friendly and professional.

From start to finish, our experience with Rite Window's shower replacement team was superb. We are very happy with the results: installation of our new and beautiful Kohler shower. Claude and his son-in-law (the installation team), were excellent and the job exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to communicate with Claude, the team lead. I am amazed they were done in a day (about a 9-hour day for them) with such high-quality workmanship. Though they went the extra mile in fitting the new shower into our existing bathroom, there were no extra hidden charges. We love our new shower -- it has improved our bathroom and our life.

Installers arrived right on schedule. They had the old tub removed and walls down to studs in less than an hour. 6 hours later we had a terrific looking shower in its place. The installers asked opinions on certain items and were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic job!!

I would highly recommend Rite Window/Kohler to my friends and family because the whole experience went so smoothly and efficiently.

This question is somewhat difficult to answer - so my answer pertains only to the Rite Window Install team, which was excellent. The installers (Dalisson and Vinicius (Vinnie)) were terrific; Very punctual, efficient, neat and quick. They listened to us carefully and worked well with us to get the Walk-in Bathtub (WIB) installed exactly as intended. Although we couldn't finish the install that day (our town requires a mixing valve for the tub, a part which the installers didn't have with them), once our plumber installed the mixing valve, they came back quickly and completed the full check-out of the tub along with Stephen. I would fault them for not having a mixing valve on the truck (a small item that some towns require for a tub), but they accommodated us nicely by returning quickly once the mixing valve was installed by our plumber. So the install went well and that's why my rating is a 10. See below for more info on other parts of the experience.

Very expensive, proprietary shower fixtures so can’t match the style, and I have been trying to reach someone to complete the job but nobody will call me back.

I was told by the sales person that the windows would be installed before the New Year. The windows were not made until after the New Year. $600 tax credit gone!
