Professional, Excellent service, Their salesperson was very thorough explaining the different types of windows. Checked windows inside and out, took measurements, signed contract. Then they sent another person to measure the windows went over the type of windows and advised will submit measurements for windows, pull permit and should be receiving a call for installation. This took around 3-4 weeks . Installers came did the work in two days as I did the entire house. Left everything spotless and then advised that the inspector would come the next day. The following day windows were thourly inspected, and signed off the inspection. Very pleased with their work and with my windows. Excellent job done from start to finish.

I did not likely and do not recommend Renuity because they failed to me. They installed the windows on May 27,2026 but no finish the job. They promised that the next week they and the County inspector come to finish it and this not happened.
I started to call the field chief and for some days he answered my calls and told me that it is coming soon and not happened. Then I called again and again and nobody answer.
The days came and the weeks passed. Then I called Javier Castro who was the field sales consultant and he told me that he did not work anymore for Renuity but sent me the phone number tha I could call. I start calling for about 2 calls per week and they took my messages but di d not help me.
When on July 7 I start to pay and told the bank teller what is happened. She help me and on July 8 came an employer and finish it.
I need more windows and sliding door to do but I never call Renuity to do it.
They are not responsible.

The installers were excellent. They were experienced, worked together well, and efficiently. The time line that was established went smooth as could be from beginning to end with no delays. I am totally pleased with Renuity, their product, and their well trained staff. My windows look great!

I am very happy with my new windows and sliding glass doors. We hardly hear outside noise, and I think my AC bill has improved. Although, I am not happy that my tiles and wood floors were damaged, I appreciate the fact that Diego responded to my concerns and worked with me and Renuity has reimbursed me so repairs can be made. I think they are a very reputable company and take care of their customers.

There was miscommunication that resulted in the company replacing my old handicap shower with a new NON-HANDICAP shower pan. The lip is too high to maneuver over with a walker. This was partially my fault because I didn’t catch this when I signed off on the purchase. It never dawned on me that a professional remodeling company would take OUT a handicap accessible shower pan and replace it with one that is 6 inches high!
In all fairness, they were going to remove the already installed high shower pan and replace it, but I came up with a solution that solved the problem by having grab bars installed that would allow me to enter the shower sideways. These were installed 10 days later, and the situation is resolved.
My suggestion is to pay attention to what you are ordering and not assume the sales rep is selling you what THINK you’re getting. I did get a $300 discount for my install.
BTW: a conglomerate now owns the major bath remodeling businesses. Check it out on Google.

High quality windows - glass & frames. We had a wonderful sales person, great installers but had months-long delays wrapping the whole house window replacement project up.

The workers who did the install did not know english well enough to communicate with them making it difficult for them to understand what we wanted. It seemed the one installer wasn't listening to us. So this made the experience not as good as it could have been.

I like that Pedro did an excellent job installing my window. Also, they showed up and did the work on the day that I scheduled with Renuity. I also liked that Pedro and his assistant Alex took care to put down fiber board over my carpets to protect them and drop clots over my furniture. When we’re done with the work, they totally cleaned up after themselves and removed all waste material.

The installation of the windows went great Diago and his team were awesome and the finished job was what we expected. Very satisfied with both the windows themselves and the installation.
