The price is very high.

I have so many mixed feelings. The base of the shower is so low the shower curtain will not remain inside. The salesman knew I intended to use a shower curtain. A door just doesn’t work with an Alzheimer’s patient. Plus the shower was to be larger. Which he did. Two inches deeper and 8 inches wider. But the base isn’t bigger, just the walls. So not deeper. I was quoted two days. And the fact that it took 3 wasn’t even going to be mentioned but then it took 7 more days before the wall was finished being prepped for paint. The salesman was very nice. The actual builder could not have been nicer or more helpful. But he could only do what the contract said

The shower is an expensive product. However, it is very beautiful !

It did not pass the final inspection with the city, until it does we will not be satisfied. It look fine the worker were great, but disappointed in the inspection.

Speed and quality at which they competed the work

The team was very conscientious of our personal property, always on time, made an effort to communicate, worked easily around exiting structural issues, and the cleanup was as if they were never here.

Ben and his partner did an excellent job in installation. The finished product was way better than I even expected and he was quite pleasant and professional.

Finished product is exactly as advertised, install crew was very responsive to our inputs.

Brennan’s team was great. The second team seemed to be in a hurry and did not finish all that was required.

The customer service ahead of the product installation was very good and Mike the plumber was excellent. But the actual installation had too many hiccups to be perfect.
