Price is a little crazy

Working with Renuity was one of the best decisions we could have made to redo the showers in our home. Charles came to our home and measured each bathroom shower, while we looked at samples he had supplied. He helped us make decisions and answered all of our questions. When he left we had a plan. When we were ready to proceed with the project we called and they scheduled us in right away. Curtiss and Derrick came to the house on time and removed the first shower and started prepping the new shower area. Mike the Plumber came in that day also and set up the drain and redid the pipe work. The inspector came and did his walk through and approved everything that day also. Next day the shower went in and it is beautiful. They repeated the schedule and the work on the second bathroom. Two beautiful new showers in 4 days. GREAT WORK RENUITY TEAM.

Workers used restroom without flushing, workers spent a whole day here without any progress, did not replace water shut off cover, did not replace water spigot cover, left a mess in the guest bathroom sink, did not wipe down new bathtub, ect.

I have been wanting a new larger shower for some time. I now have it but it took longer than anticipated. Ten days instead of 2. This upset me at first but now I am mostly satisfied. Due to John Gonzales. He was the local contractor that did the work. For each item i was upset about, he made every effort to correct and change. My mauled floor, the too small size of the threshold of the shower. Corners for the floor to help hold the shower curtain in. And the quick refund i was entitled to for the shelf that didn’t get installed.

We have had good experiences with Costco installation services in the past, so that gave us the confidence to undergo this project with Renuity. We were not disappointed and are very happy with our new showers/walk-in tub. We also take comfort in knowing that Renuity stands behind their work with a 3-year warranty and that Kohler offers a lifetime warranty on their products.

The price is very high.

The shower is an expensive product. However, it is very beautiful !
