Wrong shower doors ordered, floating shelf defective, niche advice was not the best option for my job, more products were available than were shown to me in the beginning.

Job did not go as well as expected. Crew was constantly changing the first two days. What was supposed to be two turned into five days.

The wait was too long to begin the project. In addition, the materials that were used were defective. When I reported the discrepancy, it took awhile for me to get a response.

This company did everything they could do to satisfy us. The workmen worked so hard to get the job done in two days.

I requested the installation to be done two weeks after signing the contract and they were able to do it.
The team was very professional and did a great job.

From the sales person coming to my home to the installers it was great. Carrie made sure I understood what this product meant, from easy maintenance to lifetime warranty. And the installers made sure I knew the steps they were taking to make sure the installation was top notch.

There were some communication issues with materials

The communication on installation was excellent. The crew was on time and did an outstanding job in a timely manner along with being very considerate.

I went with Renuity for my bathroom remodel because of the Kohler reputation and I had previously worked with Kohler on my parents’ home remodel. I was really satisfied. So this time for my own home, I went with Renuity despite the higher pricing compared to
others. I was very disappointed in the communication process between the home owner and the installation team. I couldn’t even get the project manager to call me back when something went wrong. I was really disappointed

2nd thing is that the drain cap for the shower was so wide that anything can go down the drain and plug up the drain. For a company that specializes in shower remodel and does not offer drain cap with smaller grids to prevent things like hair to go down the drain is disappointing to me.

Well, It started with an 8 week shower base build that took 4 months. When the crew came for the installation nobody went over what was to be done (we ordered a barrier free entrance for our 102 year old mother), we put a hold on the work till we met with the supervisor (which really helped), and another two weeks to restart.

Excellent service! The new shower was installed as promised in two days. The installers were very professional and efficient.

Sales and installation were good. Although the final price tag was as it was quoted, it was a lot of money for a small shower stall.

The appearance

Professional pleasant crew. No problems and they consulted with the owner if there were any question.

Ceasar was extremely nice and got right to work. The removal of the old tub took no time at all and the whole installation went smoothly. The bathroom was left in great shape with very little cleanup. Now we have a safe beautiful shower.

Install technicians were great and did a great job. Up to that point I had people not show up and many times left messages to call me back and they all went on answered.

There was some small miscommunication at the beginning about door clearance and towel bar.

We feel that the product is worth the money.

Unfortunately, our shower sitting tub has

installation issues that weren’t seen until the tub was used. I had called to get it fixed and it has been almost two months and it hasn’t been fixed. I called and the installer doesn’t respond to me. I have to search who I can call to escalate this situation. We paid $36k and the fact that I can’t use it in its entirety makes me feel upset.
