our house came true. The installers were on time, experienced, professional and left my home cleaner than when they came.

The install team was very skilled, very professional, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job!

Installation of a complete makeover bathroom is a difficult and complicated task. The Renuity team did a great job of it, especially managing to do it in only two days. The results exceeded our expectations and the area where the work was done was spotless upon completion. We would hire them again and we would recommend them highly.

They did an awesome job! They finished in one day and came back to fix something that wasn’t right!

Price; nobody knows how long the product will last, if it will discolor or whatever. It’s new. Although there’s a lifetime warranty, I will believe they’ll fix any problems for my daughter when she inherits my house (like they said) after I am gone. If it is discolored or falls apart or leaks, who knows if I am dead in two years if my $19g investment in this product will be honored. The guys who did the work said Kohler would want to maintain their good reputation, that they’ll likely fix it as long as they are in the house, but that’s not what the contract says, so, I will never know. I hope so cuz she’s sick & it’s going to be financially much tougher for her in years to come. So besides high cost, and wobbly guarantee. If I had bought it at 20, I’d feel more confident in the warsntee/guarantee than I do in my 70s. Other than that. I love it so far.. having used it twice (because the floor has not been installed yet, and waiting for my special order curtain rods to come in. The ones that came with were beautiful, so that’s up in the air. I sure hope the special order ones are the same.

Because I signed up through Costco, I felt confident that the process, quality and honesty of Renuity. I felt that installation would be trustworthy and the completed project would be beautiful. And it is! Love my new walk in shower and our new tub/shower combo!

We were sold a premium experience and result and I feel it did not meet our expectations. Many areas of the install appear sloppy and when the work was complete our entryway was left incredibly messy with loose debris, screws, and garbage left in our driveway and yard.

The installation team did well with the information they had. I resent the fact that the cracked tub deck was caulked to cover it up. Dusting on top of the tub deck showed the crack and the roughness of the repair job.

Crew was on time, neat, and friendly. Kept me informed of what was happening at all phases. Project turned out to be exactly what was quoted in original proposal.

Very expensive, however the quality of the product and installation made it worth while.

This is our second walk in shower we have had installed and we couldn’t be happier!

They were true to every promise made, even when it meant extra work for them. We live in an old house so there were some surprises during installation, but they fixed every problem and we love our new shower
