The high cost of the project

Everything went as we were told it would. Day one the crew came and did the demo, the plumber came and did everything he needed to do and the crew set the shower pan on mortar before leaving for the day. Day two the crew did the install of alll new components. they did a beautiful Quality job.

I was a bit confused about the "close out" process. We were not home when the project was completed, so never had our close out. I had to email Tatiana to ask to close out and to get information on cleaning as not to void the lifetime warranty. You recommend specific cleaners for the materials - why not give your customers a "welcome kit" that contains these cleaners versus telling me to order a supply. Give the first bottle free!

Communication between the sales person and the work crew and myself was not always on the same page.

The two installers where excellent with communication, professionalism, problem solving and cleanliness. The supervisor was also professional and very responsive to questions and problem solving.

We were told there would be no caulking show and there is. Also told the floor would not be slippery and it was. They came back after we complained and put a coating on that will need replaced.

The overall experience would allow me to feel comfortable in recommending Renuity to family and friends as a way to complete a tub or shower replacement in a very quick turnaround timeline.

We needed as little downtime as possible to address a need for a more accessible shower compartment for medical purposes.

They were able to install the bath in one day.

Follow up when there is a problem. Our project was done on a Monday. We had a plumbing issue, called sales person, his boss, Brian and general phone number. Brian called us back and told us someone would call and schedule repair the next day. We finally heard back 2 days later. Person couldn’t tell us when the repair was going to take place. It ended up getting repaired 2 days later.

Exceptionally clean and efficient work. Built the shower perfectly and always kept us up to date on time frames and changes needed. Made us aware it would take an extra half day so they could finish it correctly. Have been very responsive to schedule follow up for some minor sheet rock repair/finish and water temp and pressure fixes.

You couldn’t tell they had even been there except for how beautiful my new shower is. I’m very happy with my decision to use this company and you will be to.

The professionalism of the crew was top-notch from start to finish.

The installation team were top notch on politeness, kindness and keeping things clean. But when they left, upon careful examination of 'just looking at the enclosure', it was obvious to me that it's crooked. Not square, left side is higher than the right side. We have the 'white brick pattern'. It WAS PROVEN the following day when the firm Renuity hired to install our glass came in to measure....they used a green laser beam device made by Milwaukee and said: the left side is one quarter inch higher that the right side. That's why in the five foot wide shower I will see for the rest of my life the pattern is going downhill! Oh yeah, I paid over 22 grand for this.

From the start of the sale to the end of the project everyone was very professional. The final results show how much everyone cared about the project and respected our home.

I have requested a new link several times to set up monthly payments as we went for the 12 month no interest financing plan. I still have not received a new link to do so.

A three day job for two bathrooms was the way to go for us, will very likely recommend.

The salesman was so knowledgeable, polite, without any high pressure. The installer were so efficient!

Everything went great from sales to install. They said one day and that's the way it went good quality looks great .Cost enough but worth it when done right.
