There was a lack of coordiontion between the plumber and the shower installation crew.

I have so many mixed feelings. The base of the shower is so low the shower curtain will not remain inside. The salesman knew I intended to use a shower curtain. A door just doesn’t work with an Alzheimer’s patient. Plus the shower was to be larger. Which he did. Two inches deeper and 8 inches wider. But the base isn’t bigger, just the walls. So not deeper. I was quoted two days. And the fact that it took 3 wasn’t even going to be mentioned but then it took 7 more days before the wall was finished being prepped for paint. The salesman was very nice. The actual builder could not have been nicer or more helpful. But he could only do what the contract said

This is not the case. The glass is ordinary glass. Just has some Rainx on it. The shower pan is slippery.

Costly, also my house was built in 1920 and always the possibility of structural challenges and unknown needed repairs to complete a shower installation. Which was true in my case.

Overall, the technicians installed our bathroom according to the measurement data provided. However, the installers simply followed those measurements and did not notice that the data itself was incorrect. It was obvious that the shower base was smaller than the actual bathroom dimensions. In addition, there is a large gap along the frame. We are unsure whether this was done to save materials or was simply a mistake.

Given the inaccurate dimensions of the shower base, the construction team promised to replace it with a larger one. However, when they came to our home, they neither replaced it nor explained why it was not replaced. Instead, they reported to their supervisor that the customer did not request a replacement. Such a statement is absurd. If a replacement were not needed, why would we have scheduled another appointment for them to come and replace it? As customers, we feel seriously deceived.

Secondly, throughout the entire project, there have been unreasonable designs and various issues here and there. No quality inspection personnel were sent to verify whether the work met the required standards. The project was considered complete solely based on the installers’ report that the work was finished. Is this truly a complete and satisfactory service?

Only concern was the initial slipperyness of the floorpan, which was then solved by the texturing treatment.

The shower is an expensive product. However, it is very beautiful !

great choices, quick install when begun but high prices

The cost was exorbitant; the sales rep oversold without knowing that the work could not be done as contracted for without wanting additional money. This issue finally did get worked out but had to go through a lot of "angry" calls. One thing that attracted us to the company was that we did not have to deal with the HOA or city/village permits (according to the sales rep) but that was not true. I was called upon several times to see if I could get IN contact the HOA and Village to get them to respond. Company tried to use a smaller shower base than was contracted for but eventually had to have a custom one made. This caused an additional delay of 5 or 6 weeks. SO LUCKY TO HAVE GOTTEN THE INSTALLATION CREW WE HAD JERUZ was AMAZING.

It was fast, The work was done so well. It looks fabulous.

The prices was a bit high but not unreasonable.

Your front office couldn’t call the right person to communicate. I repeatedly ask them to call my husband, but they kept calling me. The order was also wrong regarding the type of door we had asked for, which caused a delay to use for a week. The shower head requires super human strength to change to the handheld. The floor is super slippery-we both slipped, causing us to cover the entire base with a mat.

We are very pleased with our shower and the entire experience was the most seamless of any of the four bathroom remodels my husband and I have had done over the years! The customer service was excellent! We had no major concerns and the minor questions we had were thoroughly answered!

Let’s see: there is a small chip on the tub and I did not order scratch and dent tub. Floor was dented getting the tub upstairs. Problems with plumbing that I did not have before. This is has been a negative experience all for $35k.

I especially was appreciative of the personnel, from the person who answered the phone and set up the appointments, the sales representative, the installation crew, and the follow-up service. They were all professional and friendly, always let me know what the next steps would be and who would be contacting me, keeping me updated about what needed to be done and when it would be done, and following through on what they said or calling me to let me know if there were changes in the plans. They worked together as a unit from start to finish.

They were able to schedule us faster than originally planned. The installers were punctual and nice to deal with. They answered any questions we might have had. The quality of work was very good. No complaints.

It’s just like advertised- quick, professional, but no room for any individual touches. Larger shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t fit in the shelf.
