The shower replacement went exactly as was indicated that it would go by the salesperson. We are very happy with the product and will definitely recommend Renuity to others who might be needing to replace their existing shower solution. The installation of the dam on the bottom of the shower has made it impossible for my handicapped wife to get into the shower using the grab bars where they are. The dam has also made the shower 4”-5” shallower than I expected. If she drives over the dam to get further into the shower then the vertical grab bars is behind her shoulder.
Yes the installers put the grab bar where I told them but we weren’t able to have my wife test it.

They did everything they said they would do. They showed up on time and did a good job cleaning up, the project manager explained what he was going to do that day and was kind and patient when we asked questions! I would highly recommend Kohler and Greg in particular.

Although in the end it looks nice the lack of communication within the company and myself I ended up not getting what was ordered. (Cabinet, shower glass door and pull nobs)
