I’d recommend but with a few caveats

Installation was quick and tidy - the team did a great job of keeping me apprised of their progress and kept everything as clean as possible

Your advertisements say this should be done in two days. The first day the gentleman said you could do this in one day. I found that statement highly unlikely even though this was a shower to shower conversion. There were only two workers here on the first day; the second day there were three workers here, two of them left early and it took the last worker till 8:30pm on a Friday to finish. He obviously wanted to get out of here and get home given how late it was on a Friday evening. Either this should have taken 3 days OR the 3 men should have all remained and helped finish at an earlier time given the issues I still had afterwards:
* He left plastic on the pull down seat that I had to remove.
* He did not install the wall holder for the handheld shower that I had ordered.
*He left a broom and huge dustpan in the bathroom.
*He did not ask me if I wanted the anti-scald device removed. I had to call and tell your Customer service that my water was not as hot as I am used to and I learned about the anti-scald device.
$20,000 is a lot for a shower conversion. The workers need to be as high quality as your product.
I think the wall product, LUXSTONE, is wonderful. I just wish I could get the LUXSTONE product for OTHER parts of my bathroom to complement my shower and look the same. This is my biggest issue and complaint!
The man who came to resolve my open issues was very competent and obviously very experienced. He quickly and efficiently resolved my open install issues.

My toilet gurgles when I drain my tub.
My house is still unrepaired after 7 days after it was damaged to get the tub in.
Folks don’t respond to messages.
I was told a part of the tub that is crooked was put that way on purpose to help drain the water. I’m not too sure about that.

Installation was much faster than expected. When the lead of the original 2 man crew fell ill, Reunity was able to schedule another pair to continue the job on schedule. Both pairs were professional, courteous, skilled and helpful in placing accessories in the shower for best convenience. Renuity has been very responsive answering any questions I have raised.

Everyone was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to work with us to make sure we would be satisfied with our purchase.

Great product, very seamless process from start to finish, including great communication from everyone involved- sales person, project manager, scheduler, installer- everyone was fabulous!
