Everything was done the way I was told it would. Done in 2 days time. Installers were very professional and asked for how I wanted things set up. I love the new look and feel.

All persons that we were in contact with were exceptional from start to finish.

The bathtub/shower to walk-in shower is something that we wanted and we are glad to have selected Renuity for the job.

I don't know if I can ever use it. There should have been more grab bars for me to use. Also when showing me how to use it I have no idea how to use it.

The staff (sales, installers, scheduler, plumber) were all very professional and pleasantly accommodating.

Very pleased with the new plumbing, shower fixtures, and with a new shower stall installed plus glass door. Like the textured flooring of the shower flooring too!

I hate my new shower. The glass looks like it was measured incorrectly since the two pieces overlap each other by about 3 1/2". I don't like the corner shelves. Both are things that I have seen in other bathrooms and never would have thought to ask if the design was different from everything that I have seen or had over the years.
