The salesman who came to the house was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting materials for our shower. He was aware of our budget and didn’t try to sell us thing we didn’t need.

Jose and Josh, our installers, were polite and professional. We appreciated them keeping the bathroom and other spaces leading to the bathroom upstairs clean & tidy, especially after the project was completed.

It’s not because of poor quality or the technicians. All of that is great but the price is ridiculous.

We have already made several recommendations to our coworkers raving over the service and quality of installation.

The beginning of the project was a very bad experience. The installers failed 3 of the city inspections and had to tear out the shower pan that was already installed. One of the violations required me to move the cold air return which the sales person said would be okay during the quoting process and my install was delayed by 13 days. I had some wall and fixture nicks from the installers and I would have expected more care and cleanliness from a larger company like Renuity-Kohler.

-Poor communications from Renuity. People did not call me back. I had to call several times to get someone to follow up on my signed contract. I finally had to call Kohler to have them tell Renuity to call me.
-When there was a problem with my install, only Cary would call back. He was great at finally straightening things out. Problem solved. Very happy with final project. After installation service was perfect.
-Also, why are your installers not wearing dust protection? After years of exposure, Quartz dust is deadly. This shows a real lack of professional discipline and regard for worker safety.
