Renuity stands behind their project. Having said that, the first installation was sloppy and had to be replaced—which it was, and beautifully. Enrique Vega did a remarkable job and we’re now happy with it. I would recommend him without reservation, recommend Renuity with some reservations.l

The cost was higher than most websites estimated. Si as a customer, I have to use it and discover if the higher price is worth the extra cost. It would probably be better to ask this question after using it for year or so.

Yes it adds safety and value to our home.

1. Quote was not clear enough. There was no line items to define the scope of works.
2. No inspection and quality control for Subcontractors job.
3. Design for frameless sliding glass doors for walk-in shower do not work properly with the shower pan design and result in water flow down and out of glass door to the tile floors. The quality and features of the shower does not match KOLHER’s brand and the money spent on this project.

One contractor did all the installation.

Everyone from sales to the work crew have been amazing. Install office is where ee had the problems, hence the score of 9.

The job was a complete remodel of my 26 year old shower. The project was completed on time with zero complications or delays! The crew was polite and clean and very accommodating with my requests. It’s a beautiful upgrade to my master bathroom!

My experience with Renuity was excellent beginning to end. The sales person was respectful and friendly, and tried his best to guide me towards what would best suit my needs. The installation team was absolutely top-notch. Nate and Lucas worked hard. Were always punctual and respectful of my home. Although the sticker price for my shower, Remodel was staggering in the long run. I think I made a good choice.
