For the bath, I would not likely to recommend for a friend or family member. The installation was horrible, not satisfied at all.

It was the company move. The phones were very noisy and hard to understand what was being explained.

I thought and still think that this was a little too pricey, but tell myself that having this done by professionals rather than a local builder was probably worth the extra cost. There is the presumption that you have done this enough to know what you're doing, and as we age a shower fall could easily cost more than the shower.

Workers were both congenial and efficient. What I I thought would take two days took only one. The shower is perfection- couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I was particularly impressed with a team that did the work in my home - they use the product themselves and installed and finished it almost like it was their own house. Super impressive.

Job was completed within the allotted time. The preparation of the worksite was done with precision. The plumber and the technicians were precise in their measurements so when they put everything in place the next day, the parts all fit like a glove.

It would be a 10 but the shower head/fixtures are very cheap-like. I would have expected better quality. I will probably change it out myself.
