Reliable did a great job on both our roof and our siding. We had some quirky things that each different crew handled with ease.

I did not like negotating prices with the salesman. Too many people involved in thre process and communication gets lost.

The roofing around one of the skylights was not installed correctly which caused a leak into the house during the rain a few days after the job was finished. This was later repaired (we hope). Apparently, the directions for placing the seal around the skylight were not followed.
2. A lot of nails, bits of wood, and metal pieces were left on the roof. The clean up was not good as far as this was concerned.
3.Since so much sand was left on top of the gutter guards, water couldn't go into the gutters and just ran over the side. This should be blown off and then cleaned up underneath. We worked on some of these, but have more to clean before the next rain.
4. Testing around the skylights should have been done.

I have appreciated the kindness I have received by all employees associated with reliable. The work done by reliable includes, but not limited to: roofing, new front door and screen, a lot of cement work, fencing, shade structures, digging out and removing a lot of trees/shrubs. Everything done by reliable is impeccable. If their were concerns, they were handled.

My house and deck look AMAZING! The crew was efficient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make this job come out beautiful!

The compassionate pricing for seniors on a limited budget made us feel like they truly were trying to help us and not just make a profit.

They did a good job on our windows. But then I got a quote from them to paint the outside of our home and it came in almost double what other companies quoted.

It is difficult to find contractors in Cool. We have called upon “Reliable “ twice now. Once for our stunning new roof and secondly, to replace wood rot and to paint sections of the house with South/West exposure. All work completed in a timely manner in hot weather with no complaints and a dedication to excellence.

Too many false promises, lack of communication or miscommunication, and what a mess! Months later, I am still finding roofing and NAILS!

What problems did arise on the job were looked into with resolution follow up accomplished.

The Reliable folks have done three different projects for us. All have been done with a very high level of skill.

I was overwhelmingly impressed with everything Reliable provided us from the sales pitch to the end. We've already scheduled additional work to be done with them and have already recommended them to a family member as well as a friend.

I had Reliable paint my house (stucco). The prep work was phenomenal and so was the paint job itself. They were protective of vegetation and cleaned up everything thoroughly. It was expensive but a great job that I expect will last for years. Thanks Patrick, Julio and the young man whose name I didn't get !

They haven't followed through with certain commitments.

It's a big maybe--their marketers are pretty persuasive even when you know what they're doing, and I would be embarrassed if my friends came back to me and said it cost too much for the work. Still, everyone that sees my concrete work is impressed. I will definitely share their name, but with a caveat. I will recommend getting additional bids before committing.

They are an honest and reliable company. They did the work exactly as described and they will be the first ones we call for any future home improvement projects.

I have been using Reliable Home Improvement for ALL my re-modeling projects except for one and I was sorry!! this won't happen again...I love these guys, they do exceptional work and I feel like their family. Their really good to me and I don't have to worry about them getting the job done. Looking forward now to my kitchen re-model, its in their hands. Thanks Guys for all that you do!!

What a wonderful company to work with. They are reliable, very professional and extremely helpful in explaining all details of the projects to us. The work was done beautifully. We had a true craftsman build our fencing for us. The workers were all prompt and completed the work as promised. I would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for any type of home repair etc. They are great. So reassuring to know there is someone we can call upon when we need work done around our home.
