I had a women back in to me in the parking lot and had trouble calling my Reese Nicholas agent. When Ashley didn't return my call, I finally called Travelers directly. They were very helpful, but unfortunately the women who backed in to me had an insurance company that was in bankruptcy proceedings and j ended up having to have Travelers pay for the repair. First accident I've ever had in 55 years of driving, not my fault and my insurance rate went up over $200 for the year and we lost our good drivers rate. Disappointed in Travelers for sure.

inquired about the availability of a Veteran's discount and have not received an answer yet on that. I keep getting packets of the Declaration's pages......3rd one in a row today....just trying to save you postage, but dont; need 3 copies of those lengthy documents. Also received a bill for $1 with no explanation...???
