Additional Communication - We just want this process to move forward we have been working with red door for months and have just been stagnant. Every is either on vacation or doesn’t answer our calls. Our sales rep actually told us that she had been hanging up on my phone calls assuming I was spam for over a week. Pretty annoyed.

I really enjoy the turnkey service and the app updating us on the progress of everything.

As first time buyers of a home that was not a manufactured home, the process was so easy and stress free. It exceeded my expectations and actually surprised us. From the Sunday afternoon that we walked in and met with Alexis till Garrett handing us the keys to our new home months later, every question, every concern, every change was addressed and explained. Design meeting was ok didn’t go quite as planed

I am between two of their areas where I am building, and where I am closer to is a cheaper area than where I have me dealing with, so I have to pay higher prices.

Suggested some more technical and esthetic advice for homeowners new to building.

We had a couple of issues with our wants. Some of them were not passed along the chain. There were something's that we requested that were not included in the plan.

There were a LOT of major issues during the build itself and after with the warranty. The consultant wrote down the counter tops in the wrong order. The counter tops in the kitchen were put in the bathrooms and vice versa. WE have to live with HER mistake.

Overall experience was a lot simpler and easier than I thought it would be.
