Additional Communication - We just want this process to move forward we have been working with red door for months and have just been stagnant. Every is either on vacation or doesn’t answer our calls. Our sales rep actually told us that she had been hanging up on my phone calls assuming I was spam for over a week. Pretty annoyed.

The entire team at the Raeford branch were extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. The GC Caleb sessoms was absolutely fantastic. Down to earth, knowledgeable, and put up gracefully with all our questions and concerns throughout the process as the first time home builders. Could not recommend them more as a team. Any issues in complaints that I had concerning the trades work, kaleb had already noticed it was in the process of having fixed.

Alexis has been great. Smooth process. Well informed.

I am basing my opinion on one person, and that person is Alexis McGirt. I dealt with her the most, and she really helped me get through this process so far. I have not interacted with many of the other people—just her. Her service and the way she helped me were excellent. I would recommend anyone to talk to Alexis McGirt.

Design meeting was ok didn’t go quite as planed

I am between two of their areas where I am building, and where I am closer to is a cheaper area than where I have me dealing with, so I have to pay higher prices.

Suggested some more technical and esthetic advice for homeowners new to building.

We had a couple of issues with our wants. Some of them were not passed along the chain. There were something's that we requested that were not included in the plan.

There were a LOT of major issues during the build itself and after with the warranty. The consultant wrote down the counter tops in the wrong order. The counter tops in the kitchen were put in the bathrooms and vice versa. WE have to live with HER mistake.

Overall experience was a lot simpler and easier than I thought it would be.

Caleb S. was excellent to work with. He was our actual person in charge for the build of our home. He was very responsive, and he would respond extremely quickly even if it was a weekend when you asked him a question.
