From the Sunday afternoon that we walked in and met with Alexis till Garrett handing us the keys to our new home months later, every question, every concern, every change was addressed and explained. I would recommend Red Door to anyone I know, especially the team members we've worked with so far, Scott Baggett and Kaleb Sessoms. These guys are wonderful! They are both full of knowledge and excitement for us. The thing I like most is feeling as though we are their only customers throughout the build. They have paid attention to every detail, every question, every change so much that we truly feel like their top priority. We have felt as though each part of this process has been done with utmost honesty and skill. We could not be happier at this point and cannot wait to get into our dream home.

Too many items not completed to a satisfactory level. Also, too many items left unrepaired that were mentioned and then planned to be repaired that never occurred.

I would only recommend to someone who is interested in the least expensive home possible. There are not enough customization options.

Additional Communication - We just want this process to move forward we have been working with red door for months and have just been stagnant. Every is either on vacation or doesn’t answer our calls. Our sales rep actually told us that she had been hanging up on my phone calls assuming I was spam for over a week. Pretty annoyed.
