The entire team at the Raeford branch were extremely friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. The GC Caleb sessoms was absolutely fantastic. Down to earth, knowledgeable, and put up gracefully with all our questions and concerns throughout the process as the first time home builders. Could not recommend them more as a team. Any issues in complaints that I had concerning the trades work, kaleb had already noticed it was in the process of having fixed.

Alexis has been great. Smooth process. Well informed.

I am basing my opinion on one person, and that person is Alexis McGirt. I dealt with her the most, and she really helped me get through this process so far. I have not interacted with many of the other people—just her. Her service and the way she helped me were excellent. I would recommend anyone to talk to Alexis McGirt.

Additional Communication - We just want this process to move forward we have been working with red door for months and have just been stagnant. Every is either on vacation or doesn’t answer our calls. Our sales rep actually told us that she had been hanging up on my phone calls assuming I was spam for over a week. Pretty annoyed.

I really enjoy the turnkey service and the app updating us on the progress of everything.

As it stands right now, I would very likely recommend Red Door Homes to a friend. I've had no problems.

As first time buyers of a home that was not a manufactured home, the process was so easy and stress free. It exceeded my expectations and actually surprised us. From the Sunday afternoon that we walked in and met with Alexis till Garrett handing us the keys to our new home months later, every question, every concern, every change was addressed and explained. Too many items not completed to a satisfactory level. Also, too many items left unrepaired that were mentioned and then planned to be repaired that never occurred.

I would only recommend to someone who is interested in the least expensive home possible. There are not enough customization options.
