We were pretty unhappy with our experience. We were quoted 6-8 weeks for our project and it took 6 months. There were lots of breaks where no work was done. While they were happy to help us match the project to our budget, they weren't clear in what we were losing by doing that. As a result, we felt that we got lower quality cabinets and bookshelves. There were also several instances where we discovered the estimator forgot to include things or drastically underestimated the cost of others, so we felt we ended up with lower quality product to account for those mistakes. We also felt like the quality of the work was inconsistent. We also continued to ask for some design help that we never really got. We are happy with the changes we made but overall unhappy with the quality and the time it took.
