I picked Ray St. Clair as they did a good job on my roof last year. This experience was the exact opposite. Poor execution.

We have an issue. The siding was completed as ordered and installed promptly. There were two vents in the attic that were not replaced. I've complained to them a number of times. They have still not replaced those vents. They are not the same color, and they stand out terribly. I've been to their offices multiple times to complain about this. They said they would get right on it. The last time I went over there was over two months ago. They still haven't been replaced, either one. They did bring one, but it was the wrong size. Why would they not know how to measure a vent?

Your staff came out weeks after the job was done to see if the work was installed correctly No prior notice to his arrival. He just climbed up our roof. I heard him walking on our roof was my first knowledge he was on my property. I was very irritated there was no knock on the door. There should have been a phone call at least a day or two before the inspection.

From your prompt response through the office to an emergency leak to your accurate estimation of when you’d be able to replace the roof to the amazing two-day completion of the job, I felt I was in the hands of caring competent professionals who had given me a good price for their work. I have called twice to have my roof (put on by Ray St Clair) repaired and to date no luck. A quality control guy came out a couple of weeks ago but nobody else since then. A little disappointing, especially after the outstanding work that St Clair did on my roof and chimney repairs.

They were very responsive to do the repairs and came back several days later to check to insure that the work was good.

I have had Ray St Clair replace my roof this time, but they actually fixed my old roof where the company i used didn't do the flashing correctly.

We have a soffit that is clearly rotten that we were not made aware of until it soon began literally falling down. Now this repair will require a second repair which is costly to a one income senior home. I am sadly disappointed in a oir hometown company.😔💔

Didn’t tell me you were 8-10 weeks out when I accepted the bid, showed up without a ladder! Told me you had to buy a whole roll of material for my 12’repair but you kept the extra? I paid for it so it should have been offered to me to keep
