Wait time to begin the work was excessive. Communication regarding when the work would start was nonexistent. When I did finally reach a representative they were unapologetic and rude.

They were one of the only companies that would come and look at my mom's gutters.

Communication between service/techs and customer. I had issues this last time; no issues when you replaced our roof a few years ago. So needless to say I was surprised.

One-third of the garage ceiling fell down. I haven't been able to get ahold of the person that sold me the roof. I told him what was the matter, and he said he would look into it. He said he drove by and didn't see anything. Then he said he would come back but was busy. I am busy too, looking at a stain in my living room, and the garage is broken through the garage door. A man came out here, in a truck, and had no tools with him. He wanted me to give him a ladder and tools, and it was a 100 degree day, and he wanted me to run back and forth with other tools. I am 75 years old, and it was so hot I was ready to pass out. He was picking up tiles on the roof and putting them back, and I said, "Don't you need to put it back?" and he said it would be okay. I told him to go back because he was having me go back and forth getting him a screwdriver or this or that. Since it was a 100-degree day and I was about to pass out, I told him I can't do this anymore and to get another person to help you and get your tools. I went back in the house, and he left. I never heard from him again either. I am very disappointed because I picked Ray St. Roof because they did work at another house in the past and did a good job, and they are known for being a good roofing company, but not for me this time. There is no way you can see the damage by driving by because it is inside the garage. There has to be a problem with the roof above it for that to happen. I do not climb ladders anymore, and I don't think I should have to because I am the customer and they need to fix it. I have no idea what it looks like in the attic above that.

Hank assessed the problem, did a temporary fix, then permanent repairs were made 4-5 weeks later. No problem since and we’ve had several strong storms.

Everyone I dealt with were very professional, answered all of my questions, as well as letting me know exactly what they were going to do. When the work starts, someone comes out at least once to make sure that the work is being performed in a quality manner and that it meets the contract. Someone also comes out when the job is done. I have never had this type of service from any contractor. When I have had an issue, they work to resolve it.

Very good communication throughout the work. Very thorough. All issues were resolved quickly.

Installation went as planned.
