They shined in their pricing. There were some solid communication issues. At the end of the day, I could only do the project because the price was right so if I had to choose between a great price and great communication, I'd settle for the price.

So far, I am very glad that I bought solar. We have already had one power outage and the backup battery allowed us to be the only person in our neighborhood to keep the lights on, the heat running, and the TV going. Lol. It’s nice to not have an electric bill. Pure Energy group is fantastic to work with. They are honest, loyal, respectful, and lovingly deal with their clients. Some of my friends that used other contractors we’re not as happy as I was. Those others that I talk to, and who share their experience with me, wish that they had purchased from the Same contractors that I did. One of them even asked for the contact information for Pure Energy group so that they could recommend a good company to one of their friends who was considering solar energy.

I’d give 4.5 if I could. Overall, they were responsive and handled any concerns we had. Panels are working well. Just had some concerns about the work of their subcontractor who reinforced our beams- wasn’t the quality of work we’d hope if we hired them separately.

Everyone involved was skilled, straightforward, and responsive to both the easier and odd aspects of our project. Our system has been in place for 8 months now, works beautifully, and I'm thrilled !

Very seamless process except for all the confusion caused by PGE and their terrible tracking system. Pure Energy Group did their best to cover for PGE's mistakes and poor communication process, but PGE is really a mess.

The crew that did the actual work out outstanding easy to work around and got the job done. That being said. Management, scheduling, the time line. pretty much anything that came out of the office was an absolute fiasco.

I'm not sure if I'd recommend them to a friend because I haven't had it long enough to be able to tell. The wintertime hours is when the power is most expensive.

Everything was great with my experience aside from one thing I still need to get ahold of them for. There was supposed to be included in our package and it was not.

I found Pure Energy Group to be professional and forthright in their services. They were able to develop a system that fit my needs and at a very reasonable price compared to others. I felt they were very responsive to my questions and were able to resolve any issues that arose during the process quickly.

Pure Energy Group did their own inspection of the installation work and caught the problems before anyone else could. They did the work well within the timeframes they estimated and they were available to make sure everything was running smoothly after the sale.

PEG was easy to work with and their price was about 60% of the bid I got from a national company. Installation took two days and they got the county and PGE in for their inspections and installing the net metering system in another week.

They have outstanding prices and outstanding installation. Quality control, touch-up painting, and final fixes were all done at no extra cost.

lack of communication

They are part of the local community and seem to take pride in that. Very competitive prices as well. I recommended Pure Energy to a family member and they were also very pleased.

From start to finish Pure Energy Group stood out for their professionalism, communication, speed, pricing, permits, financing and workmanship. This was our 3rd home solar installation and Pure Energy Group was by far the best experience we've had with a solar contractor. Can't recommend them enough!

My friend recommended them, she used them for her 17 panels. I purchased 25. We got our first electric bill after install. We saved $260 the first month. Very satisfied. Love the green aspect. From the sales man to installers and office staff, all were fantastic. I had a great experience all around. My only thought was they should invest in a magnetic wand to pick up any screws/nails etc. overall a great experience.

Pure Energy Group did a fantastic job with our solar project and came in on budget and on time with getting our panels installed and running. My wife and I were very happy to have heard from John who gave us the initial bid, as they came in at a MUCH better price (and for more panel coverage), than some of the other non-local companies we were also looking at. The whole experience from the sales (figuring out what system to install; solar and battery) to the installation and inspections was smooth and professional. The quality of the install was very good and looks very nice with the conduits on the side of the house to the panels on top of it. John was fantastic to work with, and his bid was considerably better than the competitor's bid. Ben dealt properly with all the permits and interactions with other entities. John and Ben have been very responsive to any contact from me, and Jami promptly acknowledged my "check's in the mail" notices (not everyone does). They've done what they said they'd do when they said they would do it. Installers and the other Ben were on time, friendly, and professional. Not much more I could ask for.

Pure Energy Group worked with us to design and install a solar system that would meet/exceed our energy needs which includes an EV. The project included removing our old solar panels in preparation for a roof replacement, followed by installing a new 11. KW system including a Tesla Powerwall-3 battery.
