It was not as anticipated. There were some problems.

We were very satisfied with Pure Energy Group every step of the way. Communication was good and everything went smoothly.

Pure Energy was easy to work with, very helpful and quick and professional with installation. They also went out of their way to to work with us while we got a new roof installed prior to installation.

According to the phone app, it produces a lot more electricity than I use during the summer. Their price was more than competitive. I never felt like I was dealing with a slick salesman. I feel confident that if I ever had a problem with the solar system they would make it a priority to fix it. I would certainly use them again and while I don't have experience with other solar companies, I would certainly recommend them.

Pure Energy Group was a very professional group to work with.

Sometimes it's hard to get someone to answer my question or help me with something

They delivered a great solar system on time that is performing very well. During the solar install, they addressed an issue with my generator connection that left it in better shape than before the system was installed. Have already recommended to two neighbors.

Pure Energy Group did a fantastic job on my residential solar installation. Jordan and his crew run a good operation.

I had an amazing experience with Pure Energy Group! They had the best price, a great product, excellent customer service and workmanship. Every step of the process they were communicative and helpful. I received all the benefits of working with a locally owned company with no drawbacks!
They even set us up with a great financing plan.
I’d 100% recommend.

See below.

I have already recommended them to two friends.

This LOCALLY owned company supports our Local Communities through donations to schools, charities, and those in need. Extremely High Integrity service, with a customer driven team.

Pure Energy Group made the entire purchasing and installation experience so quick and easy. I was initially hesitant to explore solar installation due to being overwhelmed a bit by different options, but they made each route very easy to understand and straight forward.

I did my research with some different local solar companies and found Pure Energy Group to be the best fit for my residential application. They answered my questions about installation for new home construction and communicated clearly every step of the way.

I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Energy Group! If you're looking for a reliable, local solar installer in the Valley, look no further.

Responsive, caring, took the time to make sure we got what we wanted, and did a quality job with quality equipment. Our solar is saving us real money and preparing us for an easier retirement.

I’ve recommended Pure Energy to a number of people that have small farms and areas I believe would work well for solar. Pure Energy’s people are very honest and provides a product that will make your life easier going forward.

Pure Energy Group has been very responsive and timely to our minor glitches in our solar system and onboarding.

We have used Pure Energy for 4 different solar projects over the last 16 years and highly recommend them to others

They shined in their pricing. There were some solid communication issues. At the end of the day, I could only do the project because the price was right so if I had to choose between a great price and great communication, I'd settle for the price.

So far, I am very glad that I bought solar. We have already had one power outage and the backup battery allowed us to be the only person in our neighborhood to keep the lights on, the heat running, and the TV going. Lol. It’s nice to not have an electric bill. Pure Energy group is fantastic to work with. They are honest, loyal, respectful, and lovingly deal with their clients. Some of my friends that used other contractors we’re not as happy as I was. Those others that I talk to, and who share their experience with me, wish that they had purchased from the Same contractors that I did. One of them even asked for the contact information for Pure Energy group so that they could recommend a good company to one of their friends who was considering solar energy.

I’d give 4.5 if I could. Overall, they were responsive and handled any concerns we had. Panels are working well. Just had some concerns about the work of their subcontractor who reinforced our beams- wasn’t the quality of work we’d hope if we hired them separately.

Everyone involved was skilled, straightforward, and responsive to both the easier and odd aspects of our project. Our system has been in place for 8 months now, works beautifully, and I'm thrilled !

Very seamless process except for all the confusion caused by PGE and their terrible tracking system. Pure Energy Group did their best to cover for PGE's mistakes and poor communication process, but PGE is really a mess.

I appreciated all the answers to my questions before and after purchase.
