The shower replacement went exactly as was indicated that it would go by the salesperson. We are very happy with the product and will definitely recommend Renuity to others who might be needing to replace their existing shower solution. The installation team were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we might have.

The representative was knowledgeable. The installers were on time both days and cleaned up between the deconstruction of my old tub and shower and the new shower install. Thank you guys!

The leak that was the fault of Renuity caused my natural gas bill to go up by about $75 that month. Stuff happens, but the inconvenience that fixing the damage and the leak caused was more than I would have liked.

The crew did an amazing job preparing the house for traffic and dust control. Very professional and courteous. They removed an old plastic tub and installed a walk in shower. Love the Kohler shower walls. Beautiful shower.

Our spot free shower door got spots immediately after the first shower. We reached out twice and were told that a production team member would contact us. Nothing yet. No apologies…nothing. I would expect better service for $22,000. I feel like they got the money and now dont care.

They were friendly fast and efficient, There was some damager when the old tub was removed but the office call me the next day to set up a drywall person to come fix it.

Your rep Ms Smith did a good job in presenting options as part of the presentation.

I talked with 2 salesmen who were courteous, listened to my needs and make this project as inexpensive as possible. Matt, in particular, gave me suggestions for financing which were very helpful.

Professional presentation by sales rep on bath remodel and provided good answers to someone who is somewhat familar with remodeling (me).

Installation did not go as smooth as indicated by the sales team so be flexible in your expectations. The finished product is worth it.

Unless you want to give me a discount, there is nothing you can do to make it right, unless the product fails I'm done having your people in my house. My spouse and I work from home, we both took time off work knowing that the noise and such of installation would not be conducive to our work. The day the install was supposed to start I received a call that they couldn't make it. Fortunately (I thought) they were able to find a crew that would be able to come the next day (Saturday) and complete the job on Monday. Well the crew didn't leave our house until a bit after 8pm on Monday and we both needed to be ready for work at 6 am the next morning. We are seniors so we get to bed quite early because we work early. Anyway, it was just too long and late for people to be in our house, but I thought they would have the job complete and then be done and gone. There was a broken piece that required a follow up the next day and thank goodness because that allowed me to look at the job the crew had done and it was a mess and detailed further below. So one day delay at this point and 2 full days of install and now a visit for a couple hours. This person told me I'd be contacted by the manager later in the afternoon to schedule a time for a crew to come back and fix the numerous issues. I didn't get a call. The next day I emailed, which prompted a call back and a crew was scheduled for the following week. It was the same two people which I would have preferred to now have back, but I understand it was a training opportunity so I let it slide. They were accompanied by a trainer to oversee and advise. There was a lot of talking to each other (the crew) and on the phone all day while I was doing my best to work. Again I work from home. Yes, I could have asked them to minimize the chatter and phone calls within my home, but I just wanted them to do a good job so I didn't want to gripe about the noise. Although it would seem if they knew we were working from home, which they did and were reminded of every time they walked in and out of my house because I sit at a workstation at the front door window, they would automatically be conscientious and respectful enough to take phone calls outside and lower the volume on the indoor conversations. So another full day of people at my house. And still the sheet rock wasn't done. Again, I had to reach out to get the call to have the person scheduled. The sheetrock guy came out, he was nice but still I felt like the task wasn't completed the way it should have been. Then lastly we needed to wait for a light/fan combo replacement to arrive, our was damaged during the 2nd day install. The service tech who brought that to us also attempted to correct the drag on the shower door. So here I am after having work people here 6 times, to get one install done. It is done right, it is evidently as good as you can do. I really feel like for the cost of this product, it should basically be perfection and clean. Oh fudge, I forgot about the mess in my driveway, on my plants, on my neighbors house and unfortunately my garage door was up part of the time and there is dust from all the sawing on everything in my garage.

Not well executed, still missing a part.

highly recommend this company- they were able to start quickly, finish quickly and do a beautiful job- we appreciated them calling to give us notice when they were 30 minutes out from arriving in the morning
