Everything was great. I just think the price is inflated. I made the decision to proceed so I can't complain.
I would tell others I was extremely happy but it is VERY expensive.

From Barry Knight to Steve/RC to the install stars of Travis/Kevin/Levi, to manager Jay following up with us by phone and giving us a squeegee, everything happened as we were told it would and in fact, stayed ahead of schedule. The quality of the shower pan, the glass, the luxstone and the fixtures are all awesome...and the install was top notch done by professionals, right down to the beading of the caulk was perfectly executed. Having their own highly skilled plumber was also a bonus, it was just super impressive. Getting this massive job done in just 2 days with very little to no mess afterwards is incredible! You have this job dialed in! They even washed the bathroom window screen for us post-job, the glass was cleaned, floors vacuumed and really cleaned up the job site well. 10 out of 10 stars, and while it's a lot of money and a bit of a sticker shock-especially in this current economy-we know the prices are not going to go down, so we are very glad after all of our research, that we decided to invest in our house value and go w/ Reunity/Kohler. My experience with Renuity was excellent beginning to end. The sales person was respectful and friendly, and tried his best to guide me towards what would best suit my needs. The installation team was absolutely top-notch. Nate and Lucas worked hard. Were always punctual and respectful of my home. Although the sticker price for my shower, Remodel was staggering in the long run. I think I made a good choice.
