I have so many mixed feelings. The base of the shower is so low the shower curtain will not remain inside. The salesman knew I intended to use a shower curtain. A door just doesn’t work with an Alzheimer’s patient. Plus the shower was to be larger. Which he did. Two inches deeper and 8 inches wider. But the base isn’t bigger, just the walls. So not deeper. I was quoted two days. And the fact that it took 3 wasn’t even going to be mentioned but then it took 7 more days before the wall was finished being prepped for paint. The salesman was very nice. The actual builder could not have been nicer or more helpful. But he could only do what the contract said

Costly, also my house was built in 1920 and always the possibility of structural challenges and unknown needed repairs to complete a shower installation. Which was true in my case.

Overall, the technicians installed our bathroom according to the measurement data provided. However, the installers simply followed those measurements and did not notice that the data itself was incorrect. It was obvious that the shower base was smaller than the actual bathroom dimensions. In addition, there is a large gap along the frame. We are unsure whether this was done to save materials or was simply a mistake.

Given the inaccurate dimensions of the shower base, the construction team promised to replace it with a larger one. However, when they came to our home, they neither replaced it nor explained why it was not replaced. Instead, they reported to their supervisor that the customer did not request a replacement. Such a statement is absurd. If a replacement were not needed, why would we have scheduled another appointment for them to come and replace it? As customers, we feel seriously deceived.

Secondly, throughout the entire project, there have been unreasonable designs and various issues here and there. No quality inspection personnel were sent to verify whether the work met the required standards. The project was considered complete solely based on the installers’ report that the work was finished. Is this truly a complete and satisfactory service?

The shower is an expensive product. However, it is very beautiful !

We are very pleased with our shower and the entire experience was the most seamless of any of the four bathroom remodels my husband and I have had done over the years! The customer service was excellent! We had no major concerns and the minor questions we had were thoroughly answered!

This is a wonderful shower, however, a lot of our friends and acquaintances just can't afford the $10K plus price tag!

I especially was appreciative of the personnel, from the person who answered the phone and set up the appointments, the sales representative, the installation crew, and the follow-up service. They were all professional and friendly, always let me know what the next steps would be and who would be contacting me, keeping me updated about what needed to be done and when it would be done, and following through on what they said or calling me to let me know if there were changes in the plans. They worked together as a unit from start to finish.

From start to finish the people who we dealt with were very professional. They called us to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it to be. They were able to schedule us faster than originally planned. The installers were punctual and nice to deal with. They answered any questions we might have had. The quality of work was very good. No complaints.

It’s just like advertised- quick, professional, but no room for any individual touches. Larger shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t fit in the shelf.

The whole process from sales to installation went very smooth. All representatives that I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with the looks of my new wall-in shower. The only reason I did not rate this as a 10 was the price which was a little on the high side and I do not feel that I was provided with much in the way of more affordable options.

The three men that installed the shower were great, they were professional and worked so well together, we would highly recommend them. However, the plumber did not turn on one of the backflow valves to the well pump which caused the pump to burn out. We had to have the pump replaced which was another large expense.

Your staff that put in shower was great. But customer service to fix the new shower door took 2 wks. Your staff needs to communicate better with customers on scheduling and follow through. The gentleman that fixed the door did a good job and as of today it is working. Hopefully it will continue to work.

The staff very professional, and let you know what is happening throughout the process. I am just disappointed the sales person did not measure the side walls so that the glass doors could be installed without having to add additional pieces of the lux stone to be able to install the glass doors installed properly.

After exploring products online, I invited two companies to show me their products. I found the Kohler products and design to be of much higher quality than the competition. I told them that I was interviewing more than one company and they did not press me to make a decision before I had all the information I needed.

They were considerated and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Came back the next at the time they said they would.

The Contractors and Plumber creating the space for and installing the new shower were very knowledgeable, timely, professional and respectful in the work they did and the way they did it. I would recommend this particular team to anyone in need of the service.

Our salesman Danny was wonderful, Anthony and Kevin were great, hard working, quick and concerned. Karla was supposed to be our "coordinator" but she was the weak link in the chain, wasn't helpful at all (the minus one star)
