The crew that installed our new shower were wonderful! They did an excellent job and were very friendly and easy to have going in and out of our house for the days they were here. Expense, time frame and communication within the company could be improved

The office people have no follow through. We were to recieve a sample of the shower to match the vanity top. Never got it. We were dissatisfied with the shower taking longer then 2 days. Causing us to cancel plans. We are dissatisfied with placement of shower head. on a different wall. We were told it could go in a certain place. Then after demolished told it couldn't. I called and talk to someone about it. Who said he'd get back to me. Noone ever did.
