A three day job for two bathrooms was the way to go for us, will very likely recommend.

They were very professional and caring. Did a fantastic job when above and beyond what I expected.

They were very patient and thorough from start to finish.

Process was great, it’s just really expensive.

Workers not very careful about removing door to bathroom and damaged my door facing. They made dents in my stucco which they put some putty in but not a good job. I’m 82 years old and now I have to find the matching paint in my garage (5 gal) and paint. Not completely impossible but it was fine before I decided to get the tub.

They were always on time. From their actions and words they showed they really enjoyed their work.

The finished project was not equal to the amount of money I paid. Clean up could have been more thorough. I had to have repairs done after the install. I am still not completely satisfied with the way everything turned out. Might ask for some money back.

The crew was very efficient, professional and personable. They kept everything clean and tidy and got the job done in 2 days.

Looks great, feels quality, more than what I expected and hoped for.

Quality the product easily the installation

Couple of days before the installation of the shower, the manager Jay contacted me informing me that the date and the time the crew would be arriving to my home to do the installation of the shower. He explained to me that the installation will take two days. The first day is the tear down of my old tub, and the second day was the installation of my new shower. Everything worked out as expected and the clean-up was immaculate.

The crew was on the ball and a pleasure to work with !

I would highly recommend Renuity install group I had to friends or family. My install team were attentive to their work, kept my home clean during install, professional, friendly, and kept me informed of minor changes, adjustments during the process.

I like the finished product! Getting there was more difficult than I imagined. The first crew came out and tore out the fiberglass one piece tub & shower and found out that that they could not continue until I fixed three items. The water lines, the drain vents & the 7” stove hood vents all needed to be moved to make room for the shower pan to fit. I assumed that Renuity would do everything but that was not the case. Thankfully, I had experience in doing all the work needed so the second crew could finish the project. All and all, I like the finished look which is what I wanted.

I would recommend but the price I'm sure would put people off. I didn't get any other quotes but most folks would.

These folks deliver what they promised and it looked amazing. They even vacuumed the floors on every space they walked on! Who does that? Renuity does.

Great installer. Kept me updated as to his progress. Made a great suggestion as to a longer grab bar. Very happy with the whole process.
