I have been wanting a new larger shower for some time. I now have it but it took longer than anticipated. Ten days instead of 2. This upset me at first but now I am mostly satisfied. Due to John Gonzales. He was the local contractor that did the work. For each item i was upset about, he made every effort to correct and change. My mauled floor, the too small size of the threshold of the shower. Corners for the floor to help hold the shower curtain in. And the quick refund i was entitled to for the shelf that didn’t get installed.

We have had good experiences with Costco installation services in the past, so that gave us the confidence to undergo this project with Renuity. We were not disappointed and are very happy with our new showers/walk-in tub. We also take comfort in knowing that Renuity stands behind their work with a 3-year warranty and that Kohler offers a lifetime warranty on their products.

This type of remodel really only appeals to someone who is not interested in a more traditional tiled and more creative bathroom.

Job started on 2/10/26 and is still not done. I have been told someone would be over to install the shower doors twice and no one showed up or called me or contacted me either time! I had to call to find out myself! As of today 2/24/26 I have no idea when or if my shower install will be finished!

The Renuity Team handled our project well even with the unintended issue of added communications as I unexpectedly out of town for the install. My husband, who was on site, and I were pleased that the team addressed our concerns in a prompt manner.

Costly, also my house was built in 1920 and always the possibility of structural challenges and unknown needed repairs to complete a shower installation. Which was true in my case.

Overall, the technicians installed our bathroom according to the measurement data provided. However, the installers simply followed those measurements and did not notice that the data itself was incorrect. It was obvious that the shower base was smaller than the actual bathroom dimensions. In addition, there is a large gap along the frame. We are unsure whether this was done to save materials or was simply a mistake.

Given the inaccurate dimensions of the shower base, the construction team promised to replace it with a larger one. However, when they came to our home, they neither replaced it nor explained why it was not replaced. Instead, they reported to their supervisor that the customer did not request a replacement. Such a statement is absurd. If a replacement were not needed, why would we have scheduled another appointment for them to come and replace it? As customers, we feel seriously deceived.

Secondly, throughout the entire project, there have been unreasonable designs and various issues here and there. No quality inspection personnel were sent to verify whether the work met the required standards. The project was considered complete solely based on the installers’ report that the work was finished. Is this truly a complete and satisfactory service?

The shower is an expensive product. However, it is very beautiful !

We are very pleased with our shower and the entire experience was the most seamless of any of the four bathroom remodels my husband and I have had done over the years! The customer service was excellent! We had no major concerns and the minor questions we had were thoroughly answered!

This is a wonderful shower, however, a lot of our friends and acquaintances just can't afford the $10K plus price tag!
