The look of finished product is great.

The people were great. I would give a ten if it could have been done quicker between ordering and installation. In addition the price was quite high.

We are thrilled with our new tub to walk-in shower conversion. The installation crew was knowledgeable, courteous and careful. It was a little pricey however I think the quality of the work is worth it!

Your shower head rotates much too easily, more so than the adjustability of the individual parts of the shower. This makes using the free shower head tricky. No manual has been provided that would describe how to adjust the shower heads rigidity! Certainly this has been considered and the appropriate manual has been produced but not provided.

Our installer, Ceasar, was fantastic. Both guys were great workers. They did a fantastic job on our shower..

Speed and finish

Very professional installation. Workers very professional, very personable, kept area clean as they went along, dedicated.

The shower seat was installed higher than what was agreed to. Was told the building codes could not allow it to be put any lower, but the Pima County Arizona building codes would have permitted it to be lowered more.

Floor bottom of Shower is slippery. Despite the workmen's best efforts there is a lot of dust throughout the house.

Everything was installed in a professional manner. Installers arrived when they said they would. They worked diligently for two straight days and everything was clean and dust-free when they left.

The price was way to high for what was installed.

The price was high for what we got. The install process was not the best; we are still waiting for it to be completed.

Nice job from start to finish...very professional. Never had a problem getting answers to any questions. Not really sure if I got a good price or not...it's hard to price compare, because everyone wants to sell you the new shower. The shower looks great and the installers were great.

Derrill and his helper were exceptional in the installation of the new shower. Knonledgeable, friendly and in cleaning up after the job was complete.

We were contacted by a project representative and went over our contract and when everything would be done. Gave us her number and said to give her a call if we had any questions.

The company is well known for their high quality.

I did plenty of research and some friends and family have recently updated their showers. Bottom line, this was the most expensive of them all so I'll have to caution cost

We went with you even though your price was astronomical because you promised a one day install. This project was for a business. I only closed for one day and had **** being open with construction the following two days.

Misunderstandings between the installation crew and me when I saw them carrying out of my house I pointed to the garage, the shorter worker ask me if he could open my garage I nodded thinking they were placing my shower materials there , that mid afternoon they left, I used my walker to get in my garage and the tub was there but not my shower I noticed the electrical guy had drilled through. The wall into the garage I thought well they must’ve set everything (shower) outside, the slope down I can’t manage so I went through my house out the back door around the side NOTHING

All personnel were very friendly and professional.

Your front office couldn’t call the right person to communicate. I repeatedly ask them to call my husband, but they kept calling me. The order was also wrong regarding the type of door we had asked for, which caused a delay to use for a week. The shower head requires super human strength to change to the handheld. The floor is super slippery-we both slipped, causing us to cover the entire base with a mat.

Overall experience and results were just as promised. If we decide to upgrade our primary bath, we will call Renuity.
