Everything was excellent

The LuxStone is high quality and the installation process was done professionally by highly qualified people who know what they are doing. And the process was completed in two days!

We were supposed to get an anti-slip bottom and it is not. Dangerous for folks our age.

We are very happy with our new shower. Entire team was professional and on time. The two people that we worked with directly were outstanding (the salesman and the installer). Easy to work with and great results.

Tub leaks on bottom seal. O one has called to ask if job is okay

I am not certain what happened except that the primary lead for the project came down with an intestinal issue on the second day. That meant that another lead had to come in and cover for them. The changing of the guard was not the deal breaker, but what they told me would be an eezy peezy job was not the case. They had to take the door and door jamb out as well as the toilet. The walls were marred as well as the wood floors. They did not cover the floor with anything, but they did cover the work area. I am now finding out that what was used to try and fix the floor did not work and the bathtub is not lined up properly. The top of the tub is tilted to one side causing the water to pool in the corner. Also, I have looked everywhere in the contract or at least the paperwork that was given me and I cannot find a number to call for customer service. The door was replaced and the door jambs were fixed as well as the marred base boards. I thought the floor was okay, but as the days rolled on the scarring appeared again. Then when I took a shower days later is when I found the pooling issue. Really for $26,000, the job should have been perfect. I would also love to have a customer service number to call, and should have been given when all was done. I was also supposed to get a copy of the sign off sheet, which I never did.

I would certainly recommend the two young men (Adrian and Alex) who installed our two showers. They displayed an excellent work ethic, polite and focused for a quality outcome. It was refreshing to observe them never taking a 'smoke break' and not talking on a cell phone clutched between the cheek and shoulder like so many other laborers I've seen in this community. Also, Adrian called me every day to let me know when he was departing from Tucson and the arrival time at my home.

Your team called to advise what time they would arrive; and they were exactly on time. They were efficient, courteous and went beyond installation: I told them I planned to remove the bathroom door and they removed it for me and stored it in the garage. They hung the shower curtain. I had trouble with hot water and they checked the water heater for me. They cleaned up and stored their equipment. The second day -- they cleaned up completely; left everything nice and neat.

All phases of the process to decide to utilize this organization were covered exceptionally from the beginning to the finished product. Negotiations were excellent and finalization was not a problem at all to get what we wanted at a fair and respectful price. We would. definitely recommend this organization.

The salesman who came to the house was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting materials for our shower. He was aware of our budget and didn’t try to sell us thing we didn’t need.

Final product was okay. Installers did not seem to care about quality of installation.

There is a lack of communication between the office individuals and the salesperson. Too many cooks in the kitchen.
also, this is our 2nd installation of a new shower and the work crew were a bid messy.

Wonderful product, organized and polite employees

Glad to have the tub converted to a shower, but disappointed with the installation process and the shower glass. Tools everywhere including in the unprotected sink, ladders leaning on walls, and hallway floor covering that left a lot of the LVP floor unprotected. Pics are available upon request. The “cleanup” just redistributed the mess all over the floors, and left a film all over the shower glass that we are struggling to get clean. The shower pan also has some sort of caulk or sealer remnant that looks like scratches from a ladder. We have been diligently working to clean up the pan and glass, and it looks a whole lot better now. Very disappointed to spend so much money and then have to have to wait so long for the installation and spend so much time cleaning up. Additionally, the shower glass doors are wobbly and hard to clean.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their shower or bathtub. Everyone from sales to install and in between were a pleasure to work with. Cesar V. & James W. kept everything clean during the install. They were friendly and professional. I was impressed with how they cleaned up everything after the job was complete. You couldn’t tell they had even been there except for how beautiful my new shower is. I’m very happy with my decision to use this company and you will be to.

The installation team were top notch on politeness, kindness and keeping things clean. But when they left, upon careful examination of 'just looking at the enclosure', it was obvious to me that it's crooked. Not square, left side is higher than the right side. We have the 'white brick pattern'. It WAS PROVEN the following day when the firm Renuity hired to install our glass came in to measure....they used a green laser beam device made by Milwaukee and said: the left side is one quarter inch higher that the right side. That's why in the five foot wide shower I will see for the rest of my life the pattern is going downhill! Oh yeah, I paid over 22 grand for this.

My new bathroom looks much nicer and more functional than the old version.

Installation was very well done. Colby and his partner took care to make sure my floors wouldn't be damaged. Respected my house.

The quality of the job was amazing and it was done in two days.

It took 6months to get started but when they got it together it went smoothly.

Adrian and Alex were very nice and respectful. They arrived on time and always gave me at least a half hour notice before arrival

The cleanup They did was excellent, more than I expected . The showers are beautiful and work perfectly. I couldn't have had a better experience!!!

The. Excellent work that was done and keeping me informed

When I first expressed interest they got back to me within a couple of minutes and I soon had an appointment with a sales rep within a few days. The work was just as advertised and I am very happy with the final project. I am looking forward to a shower that fits our changing needs and is easy to clean.

The tub was installed and we were given clear instructions

The finished product is all that I expected it to be. Definitely an improvement over the old tub. Now a fresh modern look. In addition to addressing our safety concerns.

The installers arrived on time. There was a defective part so the job couldn't be completed. They weren't gone 15 moinutes until my [phone rang with information that the defective part was re-ordered with a rush deloivery and a return appointment was made at that ime. All is well.

I am thrilled with the shower. It is beautiful with impeccable workmanship. However it took3 full days to complete, as only one workman was present.
Also, I was not told by the sales staff that my glass doors were custom and would take additional time to install. This was disappointing and I feel dishonest. That is why I would not be able to recommend your company without reservation.
