Chris Greenwalt, Acct Mgr, thoroughly explained Kohler LuxStone products and our options. Answered all of questions. We were kept informed along the way on delivery dates, etc. Install crew showed up on time. Respect for our home with protective runners. Explained what they were doing. Job well done in the 2 day timeframe.

My experience with Renuity was the best possible in every way the sales person right down to the last installation bit. Also, just a note Tim is the best installer I’ve had in my house and I’ve done several projects since I moved in here two years ago, I would recommend Renuity and Tim on a 10 every time. I just wish I had called Renuity instead of Jacuzzi for the other bathroom. Jacuzzi has the poorest customer relations of any company I have ever dealt with and I had my own company for 51 years in Scottsdale. It took them in 10 months and two days to do my master bathroom and it just wasn’t all that confusing. The installer for Jacuzzi was Johnny and he was very good. They wanted to put a cheaper subcontractor in, but I insisted on Johnny and I’m glad I did. He’s the only thing that holds that company together.

Everyone was professional and personable. Installation was great, cleanup impeccable. Excellent job all the way around.

Send a technician to fix the problems that were already reported and we were told it was cosmetic so it there was nothing to be done.

The cost was higher than most websites estimated. Si as a customer, I have to use it and discover if the higher price is worth the extra cost. It would probably be better to ask this question after using it for year or so.

Sales experience was most informative, with clear communication on the process, materials selection, measurement, timeliness of install appointment, and excellent followup.

Very expensive. Sliding doors seem to be backwards, leaks water.

The first point, probably most applicable to elderly customers is the fall potential. The metal grab bar gets very slick and doesn’t provide the intent of its installation. I tried to add a tape wrap designed for this purpose, however the tape could not hold on the surface of the grab bar. As a shower, we had to add a bar and shower curtain, as constructed, it is not useful as a full shower. (I don’t use it, I use the second bathroom shower only.)
Overall, the expense is considerably overpriced.

The salesperson was very thorough in explaining everything. The installation team was awesome. They arrived on time, installed everything very well to my satisfaction, and left everything cleaned up. They were also very polite and professional.

High quality and professional install.

They worked hard on the install . They were faced with a few complications regarding ability to get bath tub into the bathroom due to incorrect info on width of door. They had to remove the pocket door which was sticking out . They did excellent work in removing door and the damage that was necessary to fit the tub.
Also corrected all the damage and fixed it back to professional level.
It took 2.5 days because of that issue.
Tub install was excellent and tub works great. They had all the skills to get the job done extremely well.

This is a very spendy project, but love the end item.

The end product is very nice indeed! I’ve sent pictures to friends and told them about it!

I still can't use, have no shower doors

The workmen were both very professional and conscientious about keeping the area clean. They were also knowledgeable in the placement and installation of the product.

Everything was excellent

The LuxStone is high quality and the installation process was done professionally by highly qualified people who know what they are doing. And the process was completed in two days!

We were supposed to get an anti-slip bottom and it is not. Dangerous for folks our age.

We are very happy with our new shower. Entire team was professional and on time. The two people that we worked with directly were outstanding (the salesman and the installer). Easy to work with and great results.

Tub leaks on bottom seal. O one has called to ask if job is okay

I am not certain what happened except that the primary lead for the project came down with an intestinal issue on the second day. That meant that another lead had to come in and cover for them. The changing of the guard was not the deal breaker, but what they told me would be an eezy peezy job was not the case. They had to take the door and door jamb out as well as the toilet. The walls were marred as well as the wood floors. They did not cover the floor with anything, but they did cover the work area. I am now finding out that what was used to try and fix the floor did not work and the bathtub is not lined up properly. The top of the tub is tilted to one side causing the water to pool in the corner. Also, I have looked everywhere in the contract or at least the paperwork that was given me and I cannot find a number to call for customer service. The door was replaced and the door jambs were fixed as well as the marred base boards. I thought the floor was okay, but as the days rolled on the scarring appeared again. Then when I took a shower days later is when I found the pooling issue. Really for $26,000, the job should have been perfect. I would also love to have a customer service number to call, and should have been given when all was done. I was also supposed to get a copy of the sign off sheet, which I never did.

I liked the quality, good craftsmanship, experienced workers, and the final outcome.

I would certainly recommend the two young men (Adrian and Alex) who installed our two showers. They displayed an excellent work ethic, polite and focused for a quality outcome. It was refreshing to observe them never taking a 'smoke break' and not talking on a cell phone clutched between the cheek and shoulder like so many other laborers I've seen in this community. Also, Adrian called me every day to let me know when he was departing from Tucson and the arrival time at my home.

Your team called to advise what time they would arrive; and they were exactly on time. They were efficient, courteous and went beyond installation: I told them I planned to remove the bathroom door and they removed it for me and stored it in the garage. They hung the shower curtain. I had trouble with hot water and they checked the water heater for me. They cleaned up and stored their equipment. The second day -- they cleaned up completely; left everything nice and neat.

All phases of the process to decide to utilize this organization were covered exceptionally from the beginning to the finished product. Negotiations were excellent and finalization was not a problem at all to get what we wanted at a fair and respectful price. We would. definitely recommend this organization.
