Only thing that went well was the sales pitch. Thereafter everything went downhill. Unqualified and unsupervised contractors who damaged siding that was removed, litter yard with cigarette ends and particles of metal from cutting. A wall was improperly manufactured yet installed by contractors. We ended up paying out of pocket for siding repairs as well as metal chip cleanup from yard.

Excellent workmanship and Quailty materials.

Issue with installation has not been addressed and communication has ceased. Communication began to deteriorate after payment was completed and we did not sign any paperwork saying we accepted the final product we received.

Overall satisfaction with product

The craftsmanship is very solid. It seems sturdy and good quality. The handle locks seem like a good mechanism. It's not flimsy like a simple screen door latch would be. I feel like it could withstand serious weather.

Struggle with scheduling (outside influences were present as well)

Imagine living in North Carolina sitting on your deck during the summer heat with a pond outback. We wanted our open deck transformed into a screened in room so we could enjoy the outdoors without being attacked by mosquitoes. It’s not even summer yet, and we have experienced more than our share. We contacted Patio Enclosures, they came out and gave us a wonderful presentation with an affordable price. From start to finish our experience with Patio Enclosures was nothing less than OUTSTANDING! Special thanks to Paul our installer. A job beyond well done. We love our screened in deck. No more mosquitoes!

There were several mistakes: billing, ordered wrong storm door and weeks before the right one arrived, person to measure recorded he had completed it but it was another house.

Customer service

Our contract completion date was Nov. 13, 2025. Project completed June 2, 2026. Project materials were delivered to warehouse in Sept. 11, 2025. Project would still be on going if not for Chastity. Management doesn't care for the customer as long as they get their bonus check. Maybe bonus checks should be released to the workers after the project is completed and signed off.

They did an excellent job. Although the project wasn't completed in one day, if you added the hours from the time they started till they finished, it would be one day.

The deal we got was too good to pass up, but the real MVP’s are Chasity and Paul. After she took over our project, it was looked over and redone with precision. As safety, is a big deal for our family and our young ones. After Chasity came in, our project that seemed to be stalled, was now in gear and moving forward. After just a few short months, our project is finished and it is largely because of Chasity and Paul who was our contractor who did the actual building and repair. Great team, thanks again!

This project started in 2024 and was supposed to take a few days but has just been finished within the last month. The salesperson told me things that were not true and the project went downhill from there until Chasity took over coordinating. My recommendation is purely based on my interactions with her and the help she provided. Otherwise it would be a 0 based on everything that happened before she arrived and sorted things out.

Was very pleased with the service I received from Gavin, and the installer did a great job! Clean as a whistle, fast, and the finishes are perfect. He was awesome! Patio Enclosures helped with HOA approval, and made scheduling changes to accommodate them. We love our new enclosed patio.

Except for the initial experience where I had I think I had a salesman who was new, the rest of the process went fine. My questions and concerns were well answered.

Our construction was begun in the middle of December and never completed till the first week in March

Nick as salesperson and Chastity as coordinator did an excellent job through the whole process. The two workers also did a nice job. My only complaint is that the men who built our project had told us Thursday that they would be back the next day finish. After waiting until 11 Friday morning, I called the office to find where they were. Gavin investigated and called back to let me know that their boss told them they had to go to a different job. It would have been nice to let us know.

Everyone we worked with was polite, professional and knowledgeable, but what I thought I was going to get and what I got were different. Different enough that I would hesitate to recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who isn't more seasoned in scoping the full project themselves.

They are not pushy but provides all the information needed for one to make a good decision. Provide good follow up and very responsive

Overall experience was not good, poor communication and zero follow up after completion with 3 months of issue after issue.

There was no or extremely little contact or communication from Patio Enclosure unless I initiated it, customer service was none existent. I left multiple messages that would go unanswered including group text messages. Several times when installer were scheduled, they didn't shows up, without informing me, so I made arrangements and waited all day for no reason. Then installer would showed up without any notification from anyone and I had to clean up after them each visit. Even the communication between Patio Enclosure and the installers were confused at best. I would be told one thing by Patio Enclosure as far as what work was going to be done but installer each time had only part of materials to do the work. I was told materials weren't ordered when they were supposed to have been originally. This project according to the contract should have been completed with worst case scenario in October which would have been 3 month. It wasn't completed till late January which was passed the 6 months stage. The project was framing in an existing covered porch on 3 sides with glass and a storm door.

If I were to recommend I would have to let them know all of the issues I ran into during my project.

It was time. Time to get rid of the screens. Each home show we would get estimates. Get information. This time we went and had it completed. We cannot be happier.

Just love the product. Was considering screen or vinyl but so glad I went with glass.
