It was way better than I imagined.

Product is unique. We're very impressed with the locking mechanism. We love the look of the sliding doors.

I filled out a separate survey but again my only reason for giving a high score is because Chastity was so helpful during the process and Juan did such incredible work and we are happy with the final product. However the process itself was nothing like what we agreed to when we originally signed the contract, the permitting process was a nightmare and the timeline we were sold was not accurate. Our project that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks ended up taking 4 months. Many of the delays and issues could have been avoided with better project management.

I love my enclosure

Gavin Stroud and Chris Lee were unable to produce a decent description of the project with a set of drawings with dimensions and pictures. As a result we had difficulty getting approval from the HOA. Gavin was basically useless. Then they ordered the materials and got them wrong. They didn't do any quality control anywhere in the process so they didn't know some of the glass was wrong until the installer had started the installation. Then it took two and a half weeks to get the right glass. I never got an apology or even a decent explanation. Then as soon as the installation was finally complete they wanted their money right away and threatened us with collections.

Final product came out well and I appreciate all the communication from the team.

Great with followup and communication

The only reason I'm giving this score is because Chasity & Juan were such a pleasure to work with. Chasity kept us up to date about the work and checked in regularly and made me feel like our project was top of mind. Juan is an incredible worker and he worked crazy hours to keep our project moving.

Part of the reason we chose Patio Enclosures was the assurance that they understood the permit process and that the install would take 2-4 weeks. We signed our contract in July of 2025 and the permit was applied for in October of 2025. Prior to the permit even being submitted we were charged half of our loan. However the work did not start on our project until April 2026. There were constant delays and confusion. There was confusion about whether our footers were up to code to support the build which delayed multiple weeks and was suggested as a possible additional charge we might have to pay despite that being a complete oversight by your team. We were told that we did not need to do electrical and then at the last moment were told we needed to find an electrician and include that in our project which delayed another few weeks. And multiple times the permits failed and had to be resubmitted. This was not a smooth process and install took 4 months...

Service provided by Chasity, Gavin and Sheldon was supportive and always professional. Finished sunroom, is beautiful and just what I wanted.

My entire experience with Patio enclosures was a 10/10. From my initial consultation all the way to finalizing the project, I was in direct communication with every step. They were very easy to work with and ensured I was happy. Chasity constantly kept me in the loop and went above and beyond to make sure the inspector, electrician, builder were all meeting deadlines. This project wouldnt have been completed without her. We are so grateful for her and the entire team at Patio enclosures!

Company lied repeatedly, project took 8 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks promised, failed inspections twice because they didn't schedule inspections when they should have.

Product is good, not great. Value for investment is low.

Everyone that we dealt with was great to work with. Gavin was on top of it by keeping us updated on a day to day basis. He made sure that we were totally happy throughout the entire process.

Only thing that went well was the sales pitch. Thereafter everything went downhill. Unqualified and unsupervised contractors who damaged siding that was removed, litter yard with cigarette ends and particles of metal from cutting. A wall was improperly manufactured yet installed by contractors. We ended up paying out of pocket for siding repairs as well as metal chip cleanup from yard.

Excellent workmanship and Quailty materials.

Issue with installation has not been addressed and communication has ceased. Communication began to deteriorate after payment was completed and we did not sign any paperwork saying we accepted the final product we received.

Overall satisfaction with product

The craftsmanship is very solid. It seems sturdy and good quality. The handle locks seem like a good mechanism. It's not flimsy like a simple screen door latch would be. I feel like it could withstand serious weather.
