The original design had to be change during installatio because some of the screens did not fit. Then, it took a number of weeks to get replacements and complete the job,

I was impressed with their attention to detail.

Excellent product. Can easily update to full glass.

We have had a horrible experience working with Patio Enclosures. The office communication and lack thereof lead to a project that should have been completed in August 2025 to be drawn out until the end of January 2026. The cost well outweighs the value at this point. It has been nothing but frustration trying to get the project completed.

Quality of the product.

The job is not complete. The door handles were only installed temporarily because they were not correct. After 2 weeks the proper handles have not been installed.

The job was stated in July. I have had to speak to multiple supervisors about issues and our blinds still don't have matching hardware. No one has contacted us in weeks about the hardware fix. Twice, we've been given a four hour window appointment and people haven't shown up.

Felt confident with the work that they were doing

We had some issues, such as leaks, imperfections in glass, and large gaps at lower edges of enclosure

The installers were great, they cleaned off fingerprints on both sides of the glass.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time cleaning the gunk off the windows.
