good product but absolutely no customer service that shares planning information

Love the new screen house patio!

Excellent experience from the sales through installation.

My HOA has been promising to start a lien on my house because of the broken window That your company refuses to fix A week or so after insulation, a window shattered, no reason it shattered. I've called. I've sent pictures. I've left messages since the event happened. So this is July August, and now, September with no effect. So no, I'm not recommending you to anybody in my hoa or any of my friends.

There were some issues with permitting and with delivery of the finished product but nothing that would prevent a future recommendation.

Very easy to work with.

Communication was lacking between office and us.

This my second patio and completely different from my first experience. The workman were wonderful it was afterwards when I began to notice issues. I reached out and then suddenly silence. I called, emailed and nothing for over a month. Frustration pushed me to considering calling the loan provider and stop payment calling it fraud. I called Great Day Improvements and shared what was going on I got a call from Patio Enclosure but was unable to answer being a meeting. Called right back and left a message back in the same loop.Called again after not being called back almost 48 hours later. A follow up appointment set for 8/11 and submitted pictures to support my concerns. So I will see when the appointment comes up.

Communication TERRIBLE. The only 10 goes to installers Carlos and his son

The quality of the product is exceptionally good but communication leaves a lot to be desired.

We have a large back patio with a gas meter that we couldn't enclose, so we opted for two separate sunrooms - both are stunning! The materials were produced quicker than we expected and installation was finished right before it got too hot here in Arizona. We did have some communication and design issues arise throughout, some of which could have completely derailed the project, but our contractors were amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the rooms we had dreamed of. Overall it was a great experience, thanks in great part to Fabio (sales) and Chad + crew (contractors). It was a bit more costly than we expected but I'm hoping the ROI will be worth it as we enjoy the spaces for years to come!

Overall, we thought the entire experience was great.

There was a definite breakdown in communication between the sales department and construction crew. The work was not completed as discussed.

Their quality of work.

Communication was horrible, deserves a minus score. Numerous emails, text messages and phone calls unanswered.

I ordered my enclosure in January. It's almost June and its still not completed. 4 of the 6 doors were the wrong size, and 2 of the replacements were bent and don't close easily. I was told mid April that new doors would take a month to get in. It's almost June and I'm still waiting. I call for information, get voicemail and no replies to my inquiries.

I would let a friend know the product is outstanding, but customer service is poor.

Experience was fantastic. The finished product is beyond what I expected.

Patio Enclosures did an excellent job. They communicated though out the entire process. It was installed quickly and did a fantastic job.

Zero information on everything

I have not been able to resolve the issue of price reduction. The estimate was a day and a half of work and it only took a couple of hours. Also included placing a pier in the group for stabilization which was not needed or was not done. I believe there should be a refund or reduction of the price. Since I went through GreenSky - they are still billing at the original price.

It was a very professional build and looks great

The 3 is because we we not very satisfied with the customer service ….. communication

The original design had to be change during installatio because some of the screens did not fit. Then, it took a number of weeks to get replacements and complete the job,

I was impressed with their attention to detail.
