No way.
The 2 teams that came out to do the work, were excellent. Especially the young men who came out to do the concrete slab. They were perfectionists. My only complaint for the patio installers was that they didn't speak English, but they did exceptional work. We thank both crews.
Ordered a patio screen in November to be delivered in January. When delivered the screen was 5 inches too long. REORDERED.
Delivered again in April. Wrong brackets screen too short. REORDERED. On the third try, the screen was delivered in May and installed!!! Yipee!!!
Three tries? Now we are trying to pay the final bill and were told to pay when the screen is delivered!!! Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing??? Can't give a good recomendation under these conditions. The only bright spot in all of this was the sympathy we got from the men who were the installers. They were concerned and were very helpful in trying to fullfill our order.
There is a recurring issue of very poor customer service. We signed a contract in January, but we still do not have the final county approval of the work done.
They gave me three of options to enclose my gazebo and none of them work. Then they tried to install a door it was built the wrong way to swing out just like the old door did instead of swinging in.
No communication. No schedule. No response to calls, text or emails. Charged credit card without permission. Once crew showed up for 4hours on a Thursday then gone without one word materials still laying in yard.
We waited for 3 months for installation. When they showed up they had cut the post wrong. Instead of completing the job and replacing the post they left and we couldn't communicate with the company for another month.
I’m very happy with the professionalism of the company
It appears that Patio Enclosures has stopped servicing the state of Florida and no one will answer the phone or e-mails!!
Billing practices lacking in definitive accuracy and a fully disclosing transparency, even after multiple requests to clarify/itemize costs as billed; staff too often inaccessible, neglectful and/or unreliable/inaccurate; generally poor communication, lacking in timeliness or signs of genuine concern for achieving customer satisfaction; inadequate, perhaps even deliberate, multiple referrals to others in the hierarchy who can actually exercise the agency necessary for any reasonable resolution of the ongoing issues/complaints.
Professional installation and GREAT quality.
This project took too long. I could’ve built an entire new home in the six or seven months. It took to get this product. . There was one delay after the other and not a lot of communication. I just wish I had read the reviews on your company. I would not have bought from you.
Patio Enclosure provided a seamless process from design through installation.
I like the quality of the screen enclosure I had installed. It is very well constructed and has very good hardware holding it together. The workers were very proffesional and answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the entire process. The hardest part was getign HOA approval. This added an unneccesary delay to this project.
I was promised something which I didn't receive. I was supposed to have a clip to go over the screws so you don't see the screws. Also, it took 5 months to get it inspected because the office didn't do the proper paperwork. The two inspectors informed me that the covering for the screws they attempted to sell me cannot be used, as they need to see the screws during their inspection. I brought it to their attention. I was supposed to be compensated, and they never called me back. The manager came out, and I explained the problem to him. He said he never heard of the product that the salesman tried to sell us. I explained that we chose this company because we were prepared to spend an additional $1,500 to $2,000, believing we would receive a superior product. We were promised something that does not exist, or it's not allowed to be used.
Untimely and difficult to get in touch with. Install team was given a different sketch than our agreed upon project. Door is poor quality and gets stuck when opened.
Quality product
Workmanship was good. The installation was great. However sales and front of the office experience was not.
Still waiting for repairs to be completed. No info since workmen left.
Awful communications. I have had nothing but frustration throughout the whole process. Would never use you again. You are not inexpensive. It’s costing us over $21,000 and I’ve bad to pull information from your people, and I had to fight with them on the permit and site plan requirements several times. Very very bad to respond to my messages, and am now waiting for the door screen that was not sent. 3” posts had to be changed to 4” posts that slowed the process down.
Good service
While the quality of the product is stellar, the communication we received throughout was subpar. The only representative we could ever get a hold of was Josh who it seemed was constantly having to put out fires caused by other departments. Between the miscommunication and then constant lack of communication from the permitting department and from the woman in charge of our product, we would not feel comfortable recommending unless this was addressed. It is not okay for us to reach out countless times via email, phone, and voicemail and to be ignored.
Dry professional
The only thing that went smoothly and correctly was the actually building of the cage. 1. brought wrong color 2. could not adequately explain why, 3. contract had 2 page 8s as duplicate and not a page 9, flimsy excuses and I still do not know what I signed, but I have a copy sent to me by Patio Enclosures, 4 I guess they are waiting until I go away, I'm not.
I would never recommend Patio Enclosure’s.
