The whole process was very straightforward, with very little hick ups.

They're a little pricey but overall the quality and job were well worth it.

I have never in all my years had a company take an interest in what I want and expect like patio enclosures does . I am so impressed with their team and their product. We are so happy with the results. I highly recommend!!!

It was timely. They advised me along the way of supplies ordered, when they were in and then scheduled the installment. The contractors were nice and friendly and said they had no problems with the install. They finished in half a day. Took everything away for disposal. The windows are beautiful. I am pleased!

Quality work with a high level of service

product was not what I expected

Material seems to be high quality and the installers did an excellent job. The porch looks beautiful.

Very professional, from sales to installation

Lack of communication between the person who comes to the House to make the contract, the builders, explaining to the homeowner regarding permits . The company should know that county inspections need to be made BEFORE the work gets done, then not to do the work until Peemit is issued.

Looks like good quality material professionally put in courteous installers will enjoy this enclosure for years

From our first appointment tment with Dillion to the install with Alex and Jaun, it was fantastic.

The installers were quick and cleaned up

We are extremely happy with our finished Carolina Room! A great job starting with Jay to the installers and the follow up from customer service dept.

Our Patio is fabulous! The guys worked very hard in 100 degree weather and got the job done.

The waiting to install was to long to wait.

From salesforce to installers to Miss Rhonda, everyone in the organization was very professionalL

It was an easy process. The product looks great. It sound and sturdy. Everyone was nice

Great experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very professional and did a great job!
We love our new porch!

Was very pleased with the hard work 😁

It is a very nice patio and the installation was very professional
And the 2 gentleman who did the installation were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the installation.

Sales Rep Brailey was a good communicator to explain how the current screen enclosure & screen door could be replaced with sliding glass doors and a sliding patio door. He gave us time to review the information and the installation cost and did not pressure us for a decision.

The screened in porch was well done.

The company was professional from beginning to end

Install Team was very efficient

The staff, customer service and response to every request is excellent! Quality of workmanship is outstanding and the installers did the job quickly and efficiently! We are very pleased and would not hesitate in recommending Patio Enclosure to our neighbors and family and friends! We’ve received so many compliments on the look and difference that the glass upgrade made to our home! Thank you!🙏🏻

My person of contact (Rhonda) was professional and very nice. The two gentleman that came to my home on installment day, arrived on time. They were very nice and worked hard in the heat of that day. The finished product made us very happy!

Very satisfied with our installation and will enjoy our lanai even more now with the enclosure. I highly recommend Patio Enclosure

Professional work, service and friendly. I am very happy with my new shower!

We are very happy with the results and view that we were able to save

Have already recommended Patio Enclosures to my neighbor who is the process of purchasing an enclosure.

Good custom design and very competent personnel from proposal development, project management and installation.

Better communication/training between the sales staff/estimators/installers

Quick work Good work 👍🏼

Great communication throughout the whole process. The install crew was exceptional. Thanks Alex😎

Except for the delay waiting for the door, it was a very easy experience dealing with your company.

It looks and works great. It was the right decision for us, but almost double it price from other alternatives including a completely finished room.

Right from the beginning Dave was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product we wanted built from Patio Enclosures

The product absolutely great. We got the 4 seasons room, expensive but I believe worth every penny. The installers where very professional, perfectionist, attention to every little detail. All together just perfect. We absolutely love it. Also you can't beat the warranty.

The install was professional and the installer Alex was friendly and very meticulous with all the detail to ensure a professional job.

Love the room

Made the whole process easy.

My patio is everything i could have ever asked for! High quality people and workmanship

On time, efficient, responsive and cleaned up after the job. The Carolina room looks beautiful, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Salesman and staff at the Myrtle Beach office were very knowledgeable and personable. Materials arrived on schedule and the installation team were excellent. Rhonda Tobias, Operations Administrator kept us updated from initial order to project completion.

The installers were great! They were friendly, efficient, their attention to detail was incredible AND they cleaned up as they worked.

This is a very good strong product. I am looking forward to use it year round.

This was the best decision I made to increase the value of my home. Working with the team at Patio Enclosure throughout the entire process was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend their services!

The team I worked with was very professional, communicated often and completed the project in a timely manner.

We were thrilled with the final result of the project. The quality of the materials exceeded our expectation. The craftmenship by Marcio and Oz was first class. Their attention to detail was impressive and you can tell they take pride in their work. They were not going to leave until everything was perfect. We would highly recommend Patio Enclosures based on our overall experience.
