The blinds look great.
Unless you already have a roof over your patio, I would not recommend. Roof leaks every time it rains hard. Called them to fix and after a few warm days, expanding and contracting of metal roof release the seals and it leaks again. With as much as I paid for enclosure, very disappointed in the work.
In the initial discussion for the project we were looking to do a full sunroom project including flooring. We will now have to go and find someone to complete this part of the project. Why would this not have been part of the initial project plan to do all at once? We also signed contract under an incentive to receive a $500 gift card that has yet to be received and when we have asked it is pushed to someone else’s responsibility with no true answer or follow through.
The cost was high and most that I know would not spend that much but I had a responsibility to my pets to keep them safe so I absorbed the cost. Would be better if 5he price could be brought down.
cut the price in half
Professional service from point of sale, install and financing with excellent communication along the way.
Mismanaged from the start. Little to no follow up on customer perspective of what the project entailed. Poor communication among all involved. To include the admin staff in the office. So no, I would not recommend them to others.
I love my patio enclosure!!
They ordered parts incorrectly, attempted to directly charge my bank account instead of my loan, and overall had poor communication until I reached out for questions.
My project has been going on for months now due to not ordering all the correct parts and some screens being installed despite having issues with the screens. I have constantly been reaching out for updates as no one contacts me directly to let me know the status. I’ve already been charged for the project despite it not even being complete yet.
We enjoy sitting on our patio now without worrying about insects or other nuisances.
The installing was done carefully and it turned out exactly as planned. There was a mistake or two as to color of handles and placement of one door. We approved as it was. We liked the beige handles even though color did not match the order. The order was for all bronze look on hardware. Turns out we have brown bricks but beige morter. So we liked it. Alls well that ends well.
The end product
I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience with Patio Enclosures. What was supposed to be a straightforward project completed by the end of summer 2025 for an event we had planned did not finish until April 2026.
The Issues:
1. Dishonest Timelines: From the start, I wish the sales team had been honest about the complexity of this project. It wasn’t until we were well into the project that the construction team was honest about the uniqueness of my request. Instead of admitting it might be outside the company wheelhouse, the team pushed through, resulting in a year-long headache.
2. Underwhelming Design: I was under the impression that a skylight was part of the build; however, that never materialized. The final product is good but not what I wanted. I’m not a fan of the multiple little windows. I thought it was going to more of a sunroom but it’s dark so we call it the den. For the amount of time and money it took to complete, it is just underwhelming.
3. Mishap Ordering: My windows had to be reordered at least three separate times. This resulted in multiple appointments that I had to take off work but then they didn’t fit, so we had to reschedule again. This level of error is unacceptable and frustrating for any customer. Actually, we are still missing a lock and I have no idea if that’s another appointment or if it’s even worth the trouble at this point.
4. Communication Gaps: For the majority of the project, it was difficult to get anyone on the phone for updates. I had to initiate the contact from management to office. I was told I would get a gift card for my trouble, but I had to even keep reminding them to send that. I did get it, but it still took another 5 months to finish. Even the last time contractors were here, they said patio enclosure was supposed to tell us to talk to our neighbors but that hadn’t happened. Thankfully, they did what needed to be done, but that could have been another appointment needed. While communication improved recently due to the management change, it doesn’t make up for the year of stress.
5. The Financial Burden: I have been paying $455 a month for over a year for a room I couldn't even use. I've paid over $5,000 in monthly installments for a project that wasn't finished until this week. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay full price for a project that missed its projected completion by months and completed with missing and underwhelming features. I know I got a deal at the beginning, but again if I would’ve known this was the outcome I wouldn’t have agreed in the first place.
I wouldn’t recommend patio enclosures.
Quality and install was excellent.

wrong color doors not wide enough
The salesman/design consultant, Amen Walker, should have known that the color of the frame would not match the color of the storm door. He showed me pictures that showed an exact color match, but the end result was very dissatisfying. I feel cheated. Logically, in such a situation a white color of the frame and the white color of the storm door would have been the best bet. But that option was not showed to me in any of the pictures. They offered to paint the structure, but I had not given $5000 for a painted storm door. Besides, the paint would eventually wear off and spoil the door and it's frame. It would be an ongoing expense for me to keep getting it repainted. So, I'm living with a mismatched door to its frame on the front porch of my house. This would be a problem at the time of selling the house and I may lose money on the house selling price. The least that could be done was to refund 50% of the money they charged me.
The follow up after a problem with installation was horrendous.
Sales presentation and initial installation was excellent. Floor contractor was also excellent. Follow up to address punch list issues was more difficult. There didn’t seem to be a systematic way of contacting the company to get work scheduled. There were significant delays in response and execution.
Very nice
Quality of the blinds & glass
We still have an incomplete project and are waiting on a replacement screen, which was supposedly ordered by Rebekah at your Dallas office. We have been told that Rebekah no longer works there. We would like to confirm that a new screen is on order.
Quality of materials
The product was as expected and described by the salesperson - thank you for that. Very professional installation with no surprises.
It took 4 months to complete job after patio was installed customer service is terrible and they don’t communicate they measured incorrectly then ordered the wrong replacement color didn’t even order the screens and it took another 2 weeks for them they took the final payment even though the job was not completed
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Everyone connected with the project was very professional and helpful and did a great job.
I have already recommended to about 10 other friends who have also seen your work but I have a problem with the delays without any headsup from your side. Communication was lacking
The salesperson misrepresented the product, and I continue to get the runaround about getting the screens replaced on my patio.
My experience with Patio Enclosure was not pleasant and there was a lack of communication between the staff, workers and I.
I would recommend.
They were efficient and cleaned up the area very well!
Our Patio is now usable and comfortable. Our salesperson-BJ- was very helpful. It was an expensive desision but good quality and fir well with the house.
Patio Enclosure could have been better about communicating when they would be starting. I had to call several times to get an exact date. The 1st crew came but no one had a license so they couldn’t get on the property. The 2nd installation crew was great.
Construction started on October 7th and was completed October 8th. A minisplit A/C and heat unit was also ordered to be fitted. I was given no guidance as to size or model of the unit despite requesting information. I was repeated told an electrician was unavailable and it took 23 days for an electrician to finally be contracted to come. This man was not an employee of Patio Enclosures. It took six weeks for the flooring to be installed.
install crew needs more guidance on the project
Give the same expertise for the elderly and the customers who need less than $100,000.00 worth of work to be performed.
The enclosure gives us a whole new room where we can relax in comfort and feel a connection to the outdoors.
Communication between the company and the third party was horrible.
I need a screen repair kit.
The job hasn’t been completed after serval request to complete.
Great products, sales and professional installation.
The doors installed didn’t close properly, didn’t have locks and missing a window. Lastly, the door tracks needed to be trimmed so the screen doors could be removed.
Installation was 8/12/25, this wasn’t resolved until 10/15. 60 days later. Very disappointing
The quality and workmanship
The material is excellent and the worker took there time and did it right
First, didn't know there would be a language barriar between me and workers who couldn't find my home though called and said they were at my home, NOT.. Enclosure leaks and leaves puddled water on the floor of three walls, patio door handle I had to tighten the screws to and still fills loose. Electrician they hired gouged /scratched my laundry room folding table not caring to protect any surface from his tools (except with my clean laundry nearby which I moved when I saw that). Sent email to Patricia Fogle because of her title, back Sept. 01 and still have not received ANY type of a response. Life time warranty means nothing if they get back to you on your death bed!
First, we love the product and will look forward to enjoying our outdoor patio!
The initial installation went well, until we realized the factory had sent the last screen panel in the wrong color... Very puzzling since all the screens are custom-made and I would expect there to be a quality control process to avoid that from happening.
So they ordered a replacement on an expedited basis and then called to schedule a date. I expressed concern that I would be out of town that day but was reassured that I really didn't need to be there to complete the project. I agreed, but asked the office to postpone the final payment until we could have a walk-thru the following week. Much to my disappointment, they ran the final charge to my credit card on a Sunday evening before our scheduled final walk-thru. I notified the office immediately and they were quick to reverse the charge. The following Wednesday Rico came to address any final concerns. We noticed that the final screen was not as tight as the others and it ripples noticeably in any breeze. Rico pointed out that our patio has a slope at that point and that the corner post installed by the builder is not plumb. So understandably the screen won't sit square when fully deployed. But he also disclosed that the final screen was about 1/8th of an inch wider than the first one that came in the wrong color. To his credit Rico did a great job with the install and helped us understand the adjustments he made to ensure the screen would at least sit flush with the patio, to prevent bugs from entering. He also assured us that the screens will shrink a bit over time which will help. I had a chance that day to also talk with Rico's boss Antonio who was also very helpful; he wanted to double-check that the last screen was ordered with the proper size. Antonio said he would follow-up but I never heard back. After I saw that the final charge went through I sent a follow-up e-mail to the office manager but never heard back.
Very disappointed that there was no closure to our concerns.
Patio enclosures did a great job putting together the sunroom that we wanted, even though it was a difficult project because of the existing roofline and stonework.
The entire experience was excellent.
