For such an expensive product they sent a new guy with no supervision to do our build. The guy didn’t cut the pieces on the trim properly so there were gaps in the window frames on almost every panel/frame. The screen door also had all kinds of visible bends on them upon installation. After day four of the build, the guy just left without cleaning the windows and sliding door tracks. Left all the shavings inside the patio and left trash in the yard. The supervisor ended up coming to oversee the work the next week and come to find out, the guy who did our project with no experience is no longer with the company. Instead of the company trying to reach out to fix the wrongs, I was having to figure out when they were going to come back via text. So all in all, for the price and the service I wouldn’t recommend at all.

The install was fine but the follow up for repair due to broken glass was HORRIBLE!

Do not honor nor remedy their mistakes. They incorrectly measured a section of my patio, tore my screen upon initial install, and it took me to escalate to the loan company for them to order and install my patio. Even with that, they still shorted me a glass pane and a patio door screen that they ripped during the first installation.

Quality product. Exceptional experience from initial contact through installation. Customer centeredness permeates the organization. It’s obviously embedded in the corporate culture.

Communications and pay schedule could be improved.

The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. Amen is an awesome sales representative. The installers were awesome. Bruce has a great personality, and it was obvious that he enjoyed and took pride in his work.

I would expect after spending $17k that we wouldn’t be having issues with water leaks and bugs/insects

Terrible communication with 3rd party vendors for pouring cement. They were supposed to come around 9:00 but showed up at 4:15. Next day they said 4:00 pm and showed up at 8:00pm. They covered my sprinkler head with cement. Awful work

I hired Patio Enclosure to install a screen porch a crew came on May 29, 2026 and installed part of the screen porch, the screens have holes and it was installed improperly, I am still missing the left side of the screen porch. I have been emailing, calling and all I get is more delays. It is ridiculous that I have been waiting two months for a complete installation and a correction of part of installation.

When our enclosure was installed, the post attached to our house was damaged and the door frame had scratch marks that were clearly visible. Artem did a great job trying to paint over the marks, but the paint color was not the same. To get both of these items fixed, it took several phone calls and emails. When we were sold the enclosure, we were told that you guys are not the cheapest but you give a high quality product. I expected a high quality install and product and the initial installation was not. The door frames were fixed this week and the post was repaired. For the post, it’s some sort of wood/siding so I have to get paint to paint the repair. I appreciate the repairs being done that we requested.

There was a mistake in measuring and that set the project back three weeks. In the meantime my patio was half disassembled. Although I know mistake occur my biggest complaint is the lack of communication. I had to reach out twice before they responded with any details or information about the possible reschedule. The original sales person did respond but stated they would be checking in on the process throughout the whole construction and this did not occur. Everyone was very nice but the overall communication was not good. The installer did a great job. I was disappointed that no one reached out or tried to compensate the mistake. I was also disappointed with the final payment. The previous payments I got a call and a text or email saying they were taking the money. The final payment no communication was given but they did take the money. Overall I love my patio but again the communication was greatly lacking.

I was extremely pleased that the entire construction was completed in one day.

Unless you already have a roof over your patio, I would not recommend. Roof leaks every time it rains hard. Called them to fix and after a few warm days, expanding and contracting of metal roof release the seals and it leaks again. With as much as I paid for enclosure, very disappointed in the work.

In the initial discussion for the project we were looking to do a full sunroom project including flooring. We will now have to go and find someone to complete this part of the project. Why would this not have been part of the initial project plan to do all at once? We also signed contract under an incentive to receive a $500 gift card that has yet to be received and when we have asked it is pushed to someone else’s responsibility with no true answer or follow through.

The cost was high and most that I know would not spend that much but I had a responsibility to my pets to keep them safe so I absorbed the cost. Would be better if 5he price could be brought down.

Mismanaged from the start. Little to no follow up on customer perspective of what the project entailed. Poor communication among all involved. To include the admin staff in the office. So no, I would not recommend them to others.

I love my patio enclosure!!

They ordered parts incorrectly, attempted to directly charge my bank account instead of my loan, and overall had poor communication until I reached out for questions.
