Very great job from beginning to end.

They responded quickly to my concerns. They made a great product and we love our porch.

The installation team were professional, courteous, and accommodating. They made sure they cleaned up after finishing the installation of our patio enclosure.

More communicated project updates

Very pleased with outcome. Great job installing, quick and efficient.

We have a beautiful, high quality patio enclosure, that we are enjoying almost every evening. Everyone from the sales contact, field measurements person and installers were very helpful, friendly and professional.

We absolutely love the room and quality. The installer was meticulous and precise. He was in no hurry and custom cut all the items needing fit. It is great quality!

I’m very happy with the work that was done and am enjoying the finished product. I especially like the sliding windows as they are much easier to operate.

satisfied with everything except flooring contractor used. quarter boards top layer (the color) peeled off the board immediately. they came back to fix it by putting screws in the frame catching the top layer. It’s peeling immediately in between the screws again. it was immediate.

Love the final product. The installers were fabulous!!

This is exactly what I wanted to do with my screen porch, it's a great start for my 4 season room

From the beginning to the end. The quality is shoddy and the work is subpar. For the price that I paid, I thought the work would be excellent. I was shocked that insulation was not included in the flooring, even though I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted a four season room addition. They literally only put up two walls of windows and plywood floor to a deck that was already there. I was shocked when I was charged an addition $9,000 dollars to have a layer of insulation installed between the rafters that I already had and five pieces of 1/4 inch plywood.

The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I love the porch. Thank you!

Answer in question 2.

The contractors that worked on project were very professional and took extreme effect to protect my property.

Quality and workmanship was second to none

They have a great product and awesome follow through!

Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Installation crew worked neatly and efficiently. They were amazing!

The custom enclosure is beautiful and functional- exactly the way we wanted. It feels like it it is bringing the beauty of our yard inside. We are looking forward to using it all year.
The sales person Greg Grow worked closely with us on the plans and followed up as did the finance and office staff. We appreciate the windows and doors being custom made to fit our existing covered porch.
We could not be happier and feel like we have added a huge comfortable room to our home.

The project was scheduled and completed a lot faster time frame than I expected, also communicating with HEATHER MONTES was a really awesome experience.

The first job they did for us was terrific. We called them some time later for a second job, and that too was done in a professional and high-quality manner.

The screen enclosure looks fabulous. The price was very reasonable.

Fast stress free

Quality materials, smart design and features (flexible locking screens and glass windows/doors) immediately come to mind.

Communication is attrocious

I just love my new screened in patio!

Everyone loves our enclosure...

The salesman Greg was excellent and answered all our questions. The installers were thorough, friendly, polite and always cleaned up after themselves. We are very very happy with the results.

After all the discount and money back offer plus adding the entry door the price was just too high. I did not think this through. If I had it to do over again, I would not purchase. The way it was attached to the house just still looks sloppy.

I was well pleased with the sales presentation to installation and completion.

Our salesman was terrific! Products is wonderful. Tge installers were so great!!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Very responsive to my questions and concerns.

The process was seamless from salesman to install

We are really not satisfied with the enclosure because it is very cold inside now and in the summer it gets very hot inside. We were not warned about this!!!

The installers removed our screen room and installed our new patio enclosure all in one day. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and we haven’t been able to use it yet.

Quality issues with the glass and the upper window trim had some notches cut into it. These notches were filled with caulking? These should be replaced.
The glass issue is fingerprints, dirt, smuges inside the glass panels.

I am filled with regret that I ever did business with Patio Enclosures and Great Day Improvements.

Poor quality and poor workmanship.

See comments below.

Excellent in all areas

I make it a nine and three are still rooms for improvement.

The finished product.

Everyone from the beginning to the end of the process was wonderful.

Office Staff Responsiveness

Installation Crew

Installation Crew - Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable

Courteous and on time.

Yes. Great windows.

Patio Enclosures did a nice job with our 3 season room patio enclosure. The windows and sliding doors are solid and the room is well-sealed.

Professionalism’s of the subcontractors

From the beginning: no design was given to us, the wrong products were sent, our gutters were cut and capped with NO drain.
Return visit, after many weeks, corrections were made to the layout to allow better access. Gutters were finally drained but drains AND gutters themselves overflowed.
Many cuts were made to the framing for no obvious reasons.
A final visit was made to try and correct everything but some things were not correctable. On top of everything THE COVER POPS LOUDLY CONSTANTLY and no one knows what to do about it.

I had to wait 9 weeks for a window that should have taken 3 weeks. I do appreciate you. You do good work but accuracy can make a difference on quality

The product was high quality
