We absolutely love the room and quality. The installer was meticulous and precise. He was in no hurry and custom cut all the items needing fit. It is great quality!

I’m very happy with the work that was done and am enjoying the finished product. I especially like the sliding windows as they are much easier to operate.

satisfied with everything except flooring contractor used. quarter boards top layer (the color) peeled off the board immediately. they came back to fix it by putting screws in the frame catching the top layer. It’s peeling immediately in between the screws again. it was immediate.

From the beginning to the end. The quality is shoddy and the work is subpar. For the price that I paid, I thought the work would be excellent. I was shocked that insulation was not included in the flooring, even though I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted a four season room addition. They literally only put up two walls of windows and plywood floor to a deck that was already there. I was shocked when I was charged an addition $9,000 dollars to have a layer of insulation installed between the rafters that I already had and five pieces of 1/4 inch plywood.

The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I love the porch. Thank you!

After all the discount and money back offer plus adding the entry door the price was just too high. I did not think this through. If I had it to do over again, I would not purchase. The way it was attached to the house just still looks sloppy.
