The construction crew was courteous, highly skilled, and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship. I can honestly say they are the best craftsmen I've seen anywhere in the Charleston, South Carolina area.

Follow up was not good. Person that sold the job did not follow up.
There was one thing I was not satisfied with and they did not care. Made sure they got paid. I also think the job was way overpriced for what I got.

I love the enclosure and it was easy dealing with the crew that installed it. They were very accommodating especially for the two items that were not part of the standard structure. I had had expensive shades put in my other porch and they were able to adjust it and fit it as well as a doggie door that I needed.

I went into contract with Patio Enclosures in August of 2023. It is now almost July of 2026 I have yet to receive a final inspection. It took your contractors more than 2 years to complete the project. Severe damage was caused to my home during the install. Various contractors were in experienced or simply never completed the job. Your office then allowed the installation permit to expire before the project was completed. At this point the sun room is still not 100% complete, and your representatives, periodically call and continue to offer one excuse after another.

Miss communication caused delays and extended completion time.

Took a year and a half to complete 12x10 sunroom, still leaking

Buyer beware. What should have been a 2 day patio upgrade took 8 months! The reason started with a contractor doing subpar work. From loose screening to very bad caulking work. A month later they send the same contractor to fix it. Which they did not do correctly. I could go on but I won’t. Do your due diligence with this company then go somewhere else!

Starting with the install, the subcontractor didn't install the product properly. It took from November 2024 until September 2025 to have all the issues resolved. Turnover in contact personal, never new it the person I was emailing was still with the company. Surprised with the quality of the product, issues with the windows, screens, tracking and door handles.

The only way we were communicated with was when we reached out, and after we got a lawyer over a year into the project. We were continually given wrong information, which was tracked through emails, text, and voicemails. We became our own project managers for the project. The worst part was when the operations manger Jordan, deemed our evidence and refused to acknowledge the failures with the project. We had a total of 5 different crews come out to complete the project though the year and half. When discussing final pricing, Jordan continued to acknowledge any failures by the company and did not uphold his end of the agreement created by the lawyer. We kept a detailed timeline of the project and all communications.

It took 4 months to complete the project. The project manager never appeared during the construction phase. It took too long to resolve faulty construction issues.

I made a mistake by choosing to quickly. When I tried to cancel, I was told everything was manufactured and could not be recycled. Really? So I opted to take the storm door, 8,000 mistake reminder.

All personnel super friendly, answered all questions and were easily understood. Good experience from beginning to end.

Installation crew was relieved of their duties toward the end of completion. Still waiting for date of completion.
