Took almost 4 months to complete. Electrician was horrible. After the screwups I really didn't want them doing anything with my house.

This company is exceptional! Quality job, very timely, and kind and considerate people.

Very unsatisfied with local installation team. They were not professional, came in personal vehicle, made complete mess of yard while working, installed one portion wrong causing water leak and had to come back to fix, still have not come back to trim strings of wire all along screens.

Next to no communication between project manager and customer.

The product is of good quality and the results are great. The personnel worked with us and even made changes to accomplish the desired results.

The finished product is amazing and we love it. However, the process wasn't easy due to lack of oversight and poor communication. It as extremely frustrating becasue there was no project manager leading the way.

Took a year and a half to complete 12x10 sunroom, still leaking

Buyer beware. What should have been a 2 day patio upgrade took 8 months! The reason started with a contractor doing subpar work. From loose screening to very bad caulking work. A month later they send the same contractor to fix it. Which they did not do correctly. I could go on but I won’t. Do your due diligence with this company then go somewhere else!
