Install went very smoothly. Only problem appears to be a communication issue between the installation manager and the installer. We encountered 2 issues. #1 a support post was to be installed but installer said he was not told about that. #2 actually was communicating with installer that ceiling was supposed to be replaced with ship lap or beadboard. That communication breakdown seemed to be between salesman, install manager and installer. As it turned out, salesman did not allow enough $ for shiplap and we didn't want beadboard. However, to rectify the issue, we opted to receive a refund for product not able to supply.

We purchased our enclosure with a promotion that included a $500 gift card. It's been completed over a month and we have not received it yet. I've left messages and emails with NO response.

It took 8 months longer than it should have taken and the remaining balance was supposed to be written off.

It would be unlikely for me to recommend Patio Enclosure to any family or friends. After finding out the pricing/cost most of my friends and family would think that I'm either rich or crazy for paying what I paid. I was quoted a new Lexus for a 192sq back porch to be enclosed and I already had my own existing roof from the get go.

I liked the timely performance of the installers, quality of work and appearance of the project is very nice.

A lot more awareness of and help with staffing the project through my particular HOA and applying for and obtaining a building permit from the City of Vestavia Hills. Those two processes took 3 months. I had zero experience navigating those procedures nor was I aware that a Building Permit would be required. Left to my own devices on this

The entire experience was professional quick and completely satisfactory. Everyone did their job and we really appreciate the quality and fast service

Rodriguez and his crew did a really good job on the sunroom I really love it they also did good on cleaning up there mess and they was very Professional and friendly

The work itself but do pay close attention to ur contract and ask questions if u r not sure about anything. But other than thar everything went great

MORE COMMUNICATION

Two different people measured twice and they still sent the wrong size materials. It took another month for the electrician to come out and I also had to ask for 2 handles they didn't put on. Those took a month also.
