The entire Patio Enclosures team from the sales people, construction managers, to building craftsman all communicated effectively with me as the customer. If there were any construction issues they were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Sales person took over 6 months to get back to us. We ended up spending more due to pricing change. New rep tried to change order n up sell. Confusion over permits.

Reframe from contracting work out to outside contractors, they don’t always recognize how important it is to work up to the standards of the company’s name to make sure customers are satisfied so that they will be returned customers or even referring customers.

The sales person did not make it clear as to what services are included in the purchase and what services are not. For instance I was told if I purchased lighting they would install it. That never happened. The installers knew nothing about that, even though I was told during measurement, what size I should order. When you see the beautiful finished product in your advertisement, considering the total cost, you assume that you are getting it all as a completed product. These things were never made clear. Or perhaps I didn't ask all the right questions. I am a senior citizen, I feel these things should have been made clear.
