I think the quality of the product could be a bit better.

2nd time they came out to repair and adjust a new window and it still doesn’t shut properly! The worker said to give it a week or two to see if it starts to work smoothly! If not to call the company again! That is not an acceptable answer!

There was a lot of back and forth with the county inspectors because multiple steps were not completed to code. familiarity with local building code would have saved a lot of time.

They laid out all the steps of what we could expect in each phase of the project.

The entire Patio Enclosures team from the sales people, construction managers, to building craftsman all communicated effectively with me as the customer. If there were any construction issues they were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Initial understanding of what were were getting changed through out the process.

We are VERY pleased with the renovated sunroom. Exactly what we wanted and the workmanship is excellent.

Sales person took over 6 months to get back to us. We ended up spending more due to pricing change. New rep tried to change order n up sell. Confusion over permits.
