Overall, we had a great experience with Patio Enclosures. The entire team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The installation was well done, and the finished room looks fantastic. We did have a few minor punch-list items involving weatherstripping and small gaps, but they responded quickly and took care of everything without any hassle.

I would recommend Patio Enclosures because of the quality of the product and the professionalism of the team. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is that one insulated glass unit has a speck between the panes that needs to be replaced. The replacement has already been ordered under warranty, and I appreciate that they are standing behind their product.

My experience started when I found you guys on the Internet made an appointment. The sales person’s name was E. Great guy gave me a great deal ,very personable. Next, I had a chance to meet Carmen great representative very attentive set schedules followed up on them very very nice person and even when I had a couple issues ,she was on it the next day can’t speak more highly of Carmen. Then I met Carlton another great representative of your company, we talked about the room and my vision for it. He made me a part of it even let me hold the measuring tape a couple times. he made it truly my vision. Demo crew was also great in and out in two days didn’t destroy the yard. Very nice both guys. The room turned out beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about patio enclosures and their representatives that I met.

Be more available for the customer esp when there is an issue or problem or disconnect. So I won't have to ask the salesperson to find some1 else to handle a problem.

The process of completion didn't have the communication or empathy to the customer. For the amount that it was price their were defects.
