Be more available for the customer esp when there is an issue or problem or disconnect. So I won't have to ask the salesperson to find some1 else to handle a problem.

The process of completion didn't have the communication or empathy to the customer. For the amount that it was price their were defects.

Problem with product was not disclosed during sales pitch. Found during installation and was told by the installer that everyone is surprised at this issue after installation is almost complete. Unable to reach salesman after contract was signed, for any questions.
