Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Gerrit did an awesome job. Everything was perfect.

I scheduled my consultation when I went to the NC Apple Festival in Hendersonville. They called to confirmed by the next business day and a friendly and professional salesmen, Ryan Cooper, really took a good look at my window needs and how it would improve my home. He was thorough, understood the product and my needs and explained the process for measuring, install and the rebate that is now being given by Duke Energy.

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - The windows are beautiful! The UV protection is nice outside as the windows block the sun. The framing is so nice and the construction was well done. The installers explained how to open and tilt for cleaning. They covered the floors and cleaned up thoroughly inside and out.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - The process was easy and clear. All staff were well organized and all plans kept to schedule. I was provided a date and time for install and they worked with me to find a time that worked best.

Additional Comments

Additional Comments - Excellent service. This company was recommended by Duke energy for installing efficient windows. They gave me a very reasonable price to replace five windows in my home. Nicole answered all my questions and even helped adjust the price a little bit that was fitting for my budget. She was very patient, kind, and personable. Communication was excellent, they kept me updated on when the windows were ordered and the estimated time of delivery. They were able to start the installation process after just one month of ordering the windows. The installers, Tom and Michael were very professional, very respectful, they kept the work area clean, they kept us updated on the process and worked around our schedule. They scheduled the installation earlier in order to fit our convenience. The quality of the windows is great, considering the price and the quality, I would use this company again over Anderson or Pella which I overpaid for in the past. Overall, we had an excellent experience, we have nice efficient windows now, they made the installation process easy, and at the same time budget friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I would never recommend PB&H to anyone, especially not to a friend.

Palmetto was very transparent. They were the first company that I found that would give a ballpark estimate.

Communication

Communication - Communication is their strong suit. All of their competitors wanted to come in, do measurements, and then apply high pressure sales tactics before giving even a ballpark estimate. Palmetto was very up front about "if you want A, it will cost about $X. If you want B, it will cost $Y." They know their market, and are not afraid to tell you what they know.

Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - Palmetto was professional across the board. The Kaitlyn had a streamed line process that let us know what our options were, and the cost deltas associated with the various options. She knew her products, and communicated at our level.
