They were pleasant, conscious of making the experience as good as possible, knowledgeable, and very hard working. I was very happy with them in every way. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

The entire team, from the sales rep to the installer (thanks Francesco!) were excellent. Professional, courteous and efficient. The only reason I would not a 10 is the cost. I believe the quality and guarantees are worth it but not everyone is going to have the money for this.

Great customer experience. My salesman Tiago was great to start. He set me up right and then Randy and the sweet lady in the office was great to line up my install and we’re good communicators. Pedro and his install team were good on there timing and were able to get all 8 windows installed in one day which was great. Then Randy lined up the inspections and I’m now all set with 8 strong windows! Thank you! 10 for everyone

From day 1 very professional and knowledgeable from sales to day of installation also very good communication from everyone involved.

Ordered windows in June. Wrong size arrived in September and you tried to install them anyway and didn't work. Reordered correct size. Financing company called and said FHIA says windows installed and payments started. Windows were not installed and FHIA said they could not stop it and offered to pay the payments until windows installed. New windows arrived early November but one windows broken on install and no screens with windows. Broken windows replaced in December but still no screens. After a number of calls screens were finally installed and final inspection completed in late January. Not a pleasant 6 month experience.

As far as I’m concerned, the experience with your company was perfect from beginning to end. You have a very good product, and your staff is top-notch.

Difficult to communicate with installers. One barely spoke English. The other never said a word in English, so I dont know if he could. They used my master bathroom without asking. Left my garden hose extended across my lawn, never told me they needed it or ask permission to use it. Left equipment in my kitchen, only a broom, but luckily was able to return it before they left. Didnt ask about pets, kept leaving my front door ajar, partially because of using an outlet. When I realized this, I moved the cable to an alternate plug to enable the door to close.

They've been great to work with answering all my questions and I was impressed with the install process, work and team.
