Great phone service with sales and different apartments. The onset crew was good. They were clean they were polite. The only issue I had was nobody spoke english and it was difficult to communicate or ask questions. I have no problem with the crew, but there should have been at least one person that could speak and translate.

The crew was professional and worked like a well oiled machine to finish my new roof in just one day.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. My only feedback is the very high cost of the project.

I think you did a very good job and I would say yes how long Home do your roof

Chris was professional in his presentation and the work crew started and completed the roof on time.

The service was great! There is nothing like talking g to a person who can answer questions. Resolve issues, clarify communication, etc. had my roof done in one day. Everything you want from a roofing job.

A bit on the high side as far as money. But you get what you paided for. And I'm happy with the end result.

Conway NH is short on reliable roofers

Although the job was well done, I believe it was overpriced compared with the cost of using local contractors. I would encourage friends to obtain estimates from local contractors for comparison. I regret not doing this

The product specialist Tom was excellent. He knew the products and installation very well and explained in detail the process. Tom was very easy to talk with and answered all of our questions with a high level of confidence.

Both Jerry & Jason from the Project Management Side were very respectful and informative on the day of the installation.

From the beginning of the project till the roof was redone, everyone was well organized, worked hard, and their communication with us excellent. The grounds around the house were well protected and the workers clean up during and after the project was outstanding.

Crew was quick and clean up was was excellent.

I would recommend them. I was very happy with the job the crew did, they did my entire roof in one day. They cleaned up the entire area after the job was completed.

We are very pleased to with our new roof. We can relax with the knowledge that our roof will out last us, and my grandchildren will have a roof warranty passed onto them.

Very professional. Workmanship was exceptional. Area was clean and in great condition.

Overall great experience.

Everything. Quick, the workers were fantastic.they worked steady and kept everything neat . They cleaned our driveway so well. I highly recommend long homes and they grew.

Not likely.

Roof is fine but final cost seemed a bit much. But since I never saw a materials and labor cost breakdown I can't know for sure.

Professional, easy to work with, efficient, worked very hard to find a financing option that worked for me. Happy with the roof so far, looks great.

Not sure if we overpaid for a new roof. Was our first quote and we felt a little pressured to accept.

Best presentation to earn our business. Delayed from original day due to another job not completed. Work was done as promised, very good cleanup following.

Excellent communication along the process. Suggested financing alternative. Great on-site team and project manager. Cleaned up the property to my satisfaction.

There is still a bunch of supplies on my lawn. It’s been a couple weeks.

The cost kept going up after I was told that their program was fairly accurate. I was also told that they are known for how well they clean up and when they were finished, there were roofing nails sticking out of the grass everywhere and insulation all over my yard along with some packaging materials I also wanted a gray PVC roof and they installed a white one.

Great company to work with all around

The new roof has gotten a bunch of compliments

A multi-state family owned business that didn't mind traveling from taunton Massachusetts to Conway new hampshire.

I have reservations because the promotional period offered to me is different from the promotional. That was running in May 2025, which is 18 months no payment no interest.

Everybody that we meet at Long Homes, worked very hard to earn our satisfaction. Particularly the project manager, Billy, and the crew that put on the roof and 5 skylights. They were amazing. They talked very little because they didn't have to talk a lot, they knew what another was doing. Everything they did’m they did well. Billy, I thought, loved his job, his profession, he loved and knew a tremendous amount about home building and home building material, beyond just roofing. All of them worked extremely hard to earn our satisfaction that included an absolute and amazing clean up.

Long Home is much more expensive than other companies.

They did an awesome job very professional

We’re very happy with our experience with Long Home. Jordan was very professional, explained everything in great detail and was able to give us everything we needed at a fair price. The communication getting everything set up was excellent. The roofers arrived on the day and the time they were scheduled. They were very professional, kept us in the loop of what was going on. they cleaned everything up, including all the nails, which I definitely appreciated as I have a dog. Everything went smoothly from start to finishI would definitely recommend Long home and will keep them in mind for future projects.

I am not ready to recommend them yet.

The communications between the office and me were poor. I received a message yesterday stating the materials were still on oder although the project was finished weeks ago. The workmanship appears good, but not impressed with the communications. There numerous other communication issues along the was as well.

Very simple process from sales to install

I was very happy with the work done on the roof, but the thought the price as high. that was the only think i really didn't like
